«Our family had a great week-long stay at this beautiful cottage in Tobermory. The property has a remote feel, but was only a short drive to Tobermory amenities and attractions. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake, visiting Flower Pot island and the museum, hiking, seeing the Grotto, and dining at the many food trucks and restaurants in the area. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-furnished with amazing views.»

«Chalet trop dispendieux pour ce qu’il offre! Nous avons payé pratiquement 4000$ pour quatre nuits. Le chalet est bien situé pour aller voir les attraits de la baie géorgienne. Le propriétaire très avenant avant la prise de possession pour ensuite ne plus répondre aux messages laissé durant le séjour. Pas d’air climatisé, lave-vaisselle défectueux ( contacté le propriétaire, mais aucune réponse de sa part), le spa défectueux aussi. «This is not a bad location or bad house. But there is cockroach infestation. Seen first in the kitchen sink when we came in but soon we realize that they were everywhere. It is not that bad but there excrement are toxic to human. Moreover they love to lay eggs in cardboard and tissues. So we had to keep our clothes in the car and the food all in the fridge an freezer. We did want to bring them home. Real bad experience fir the price.»

«Nous avions réservé en Janvier 2023 pour Juillet 2023. Nous sommes arrivés et la maison n'était pas disponible à cause d'un dégât d'eau survenu au printemps. Nous avons fait 10 heures de voiture pour s'y rendre avec nos enfants et notre chien. Jamais personne nous a téléphoné pour nous aviser que la maison n'était pas disponible et VRBO ne nous a vraiment pas aidé pour nous relocaliser. «If you're looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful house, this will do nicely. Very secluded and quiet but close enough to everything you'd want to do. If hiking and rocky shorelines are your thing, better spend some extra time there...lots of that. There are some "touristy" things to do in town...boat tours, shops, restaurants etc. Tobermory Brew Company was our favorite...lamb burger was excellent. FYI...don't ask for medium or rare burgers.
