Welcome to Villa Konstanca, a three-floor luxury villa with a breathtaking panoramic view!

Villa Konstanca is located on the island of Murter near Šibenik. What is interesting about this island is that it is connected to the mainland by a bridge, so the villa is easily accessible. In addition to being close to the beach, it is only 400 m away from the quiet town of Jezera, where all amenities are - restaurants, bars, and shops.

Lying in a secluded green oasis, less than 100 m away from the sea, every moment spent in this pearl of a villa will revive all your senses and inspire you.

As soon as you enter Villa Konstanca, you will be amazed by the beautiful view of the sea from the kitchen and living room. On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a spacious living room with direct access to the outdoor terrace. The interior of the villa is guided by pleasant, earthy notes, with admixtures of wood and black color. On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated swimming pool, next to which there is a covered sunbathing area with sun loungers. Right next to the pool there is comfortable garden furniture and an outdoor dining area. At the entrance to the villa, there is a guest toilet, and at the end of the corridor, there is an amazing gym and sauna, from where you can also enjoy the view of the sea, which really makes it a unique offer.

Internal stairs lead to the second floor where two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located. In one of the rooms, there is also a bathtub next to the bed. Each room is uniquely furnished, and both have direct access to the upper terrace, which has a jacuzzi, sun loungers, and an outdoor lounge area. All you need for the ideal vacation is a peaceful evening in the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the sea and your favorite drink!

On the first floor, between the kitchen and the living room, there are stairs leading to the ground floor, where there are two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In one of the rooms, there is also a sofa bed for one additional guest (8+1). It is possible to go outside from both rooms on the ground floor. The yard is decorated with a beautiful lawn with a children's playground and a carefully landscaped garden.

In addition to the mentioned activities, the villa is also equipped with 6 bicycles, and near the villa, there are tennis, basketball, and football fields. The villa also offers a kayak and SUP board. What more could you want on vacation? In front of the villa, there is a spacious garden enriched with Mediterranean plants and trees, and below the garden, there is a beautiful pine forest through which you can reach the beach directly. There is also a barbecue in the garden.

Villa Konstanca has a sister villa, villa Sara Murter. Although built as a single connected building, they are rented as two separate villas. Villa Sara is located in the rear part of the same building, on a rise above villa Konstanca.

Both villas are fully fenced, thus ensuring their guest's privacy.
