«We stayed for a week in May! The location was great! The house had pretty much everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The pool was awesome! We paid for the heat in the hot tub but didn’t need it! Lots of seating outside. The ceiling fans on the lanai were great! They had so many towels! They do require you wash towels (that aren’t part of everyday use in the bathroom) but that was no big deal with the stackable washer and dryer in the house.»

Jerry does a great job communicating with you from the very first message and throughout your stay. He handles any issues immediately. The layout of the home gives everyone privacy and space. The view is fabulous. The pool is incredible. The pool house is fun to hang out in and has a beauful view. The kitchen is well stocked and the ice maker was a fabulous bonus! «Perfect location and property for a week long brother’s fishing trip. Clean and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen, that had everything we needed including a crock pot. The pool, outdoor pool table, gas grill, commercial ice maker and large outdoor freezer were the fan favorites. The private boat slip was nice, although we didn’t have a boat this trip, we would consider one next time. It is truly a fisherman’s paradise and a property we’d definitely rent again. Cheers!»

The kitchen has a lot of counter space for all our daily cooking Plenty of bathrooms to accommodate us all. Location was great for grocery store, things to do and taking the pontoon boat out. Already booked for next year!»

«This house was perfect for our two families of five. It was clean and welcoming. The views were amazing from the decks and dock. Our families enjoyed the beautiful and tranquil pool area. It was perfect for when the passing Florida showers came. We just jumped out of the pool to the covered sitting area. Our fishermen enjoyed the dock and kayaks. We also loved our bike rides to Sombrero Beach and the Dockside restaurant. We were sad to leave this wonderful property.»
