Right next door to Art's Place and literally a minute walk across the street to the beach. Pool on the property is wonderful and the amenities are perfect for our family of 4. Noticed some cleanliness details (food stuck to a blanket, lots of crumbs in crevices of dining room table) and a few overlooked details (like random burned out lightbulbs) but nothing serious and the house felt "clean" enough.
