Hoteller i Thousand Oaks

"We stayed for two nights. The room was ok: good that the floor doesn’t have a gross carpet. The lighting however was bright and bad - felt like we were inside a hospital. We were looking forward to the included breakfast, as the hotel claimed it was a «breakfast experience» and a loved local café. We came there at 7 (when it was supposed to open), and had to wait 10 minutes before they actual opened the doors. Inside it was really shabby, and the food were served was even worse. We ordered the breakfast platter and it was the worst breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel.. On our last day we came to our room hours after the cleaners were finished cleaning our room, and found the door open. Luckily all our valuables were still there. During the night we were awakened by drunk people partying in the floor above us, and had to call the reception to get the security over to stop it. This was not the hotels fault though.. The staff was not very friendly or service minded, and no apology was given when we checked out telling them about finding the door open after the cleaners. All in all: we would not stay here again. "
