«Loved the campfire at night, the privacy, but ease of location. It was so close to the lake and close to the small town. Kitchen allowed us to cook all of our meals there. We felt like the owners had us in mind when they prepared things. The garage space was a great bonus for staging tubes for the river or for the kids to hang out. Pictures don't entirely capture how much space is in the house. Would definitely stay again!»

«The Wellston cottage is a great place to stay, & the owners are incredibly responsive & hospitable. The pictures do not do it justice. A huge plus that we did not know of until arriving is that there is a really nice little beach area in the backyard where the property meets the lake. The lake itself is absolutely beautiful -- incredibly serene. The water is a perfect temperature -- a little bit mucky, so water shoes are encouraged if you'd like, but we waded out nearly a football fields length ...
