«What a cozy, thoughtful place. Had all the amenities of home and definitely is used as a family residence often. A 1/2 mile walk to the commercial strip of Thomas, although there is no sidewalk on a bit of that walk. It didn’t bother me personally. We had a great time.»

«Great location close to Blackwater Falls State Park and the two towns of Davis and Thomas. Communications with host suburb! All I needed to cook meals with stove, microwave, pots/pans, coffeemaker; Small space but just right for my solo retreat at waterfalls, rivers, trails for hiking! Highly recommend !!»

«Wow! What a great house! It is quite evident that the host cares about the property and the experience of their guests. The property is well furnished and stocked - it has everything you will need. The rooms are comfortable and the views are amazing! The full windows give you a beautiful view of the river. Would definitely recommend and will plan to return as we are able!»
