«From the moment we walked through the door, we felt like we had come home. Everyone at New Inn was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. We had originally booked just one night, but within minutes of arriving we knew we wanted to stay longer. Unfortunately, there were no rooms available at first. Then, just a couple of minutes later, one of the staff came back with a huge smile and told us there had been a cancellation, so we could stay after all! We ...

«What a beautiful hotel. I stayed in a superior double which was very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of storage space, fluffy towels, plenty of hot water and excellent tea and coffee, biscuits and water. The owners were very friendly and made me feel most welcome. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was delicious. You would never go hungry. The air conditioning was a real bonus, although unfortunately it did drip a little water on the floor. My only other niggles ...

«We really liked everything about the Ollerod. Two thirds of our breakfasts were provided by Julie, who was so nice. We enjoyed chatting with her about the local area. The food was good and set us up for our busy days. We met Kim in housekeeping one day when we stopped by midafternoon. Our room was always spotless and looked as if we had only just arrived. The staff at the front desk were helpful and accommodating. One gentleman even arranged to have housekeeping launder a few shirts for ...

«Wonderful period property, all modern conveniences, comfortable beds, luxury bedding, spotlessly clean. Situated just off the high street with secure on site parking, and within walking distance of various eating establishments. Website is easy to use, and informative, covers everything you need to know about the property and local area. Jamie & Gary are fabulous hosts. Highly recommend this establishment.»

«Bra hotell om du trenger et sted å bo noen netter i Yeovil. Nylig pusset opp så fremstår som rent og pent. Hyggelig betjening»

«Charming hostel a few minutes drive in from Lyme Regis. A garden and playground in front of the house. Hens running free. We were a family of four and we had a large and quiet room all to ourselves selve on the top floor. Great atmosphere :)»

«It was located in a quiet historic village. The room was nice . Comfy bed , nice shower and bathroom. An Excellent full breakfast! And all for a very good price! 🙂»

«On arrival the reception was awful with staff unable to access records but their attitude was very off hand towards us. The room was clean but badly set up. For instance, the double bed was only accessible from one side; there was nowhere for storage of cases etc. and the only area to hang clothes was a row of five hooks, three of which overhung the box on which the kettle and cups etc. were kept; the shower cubicle was missing one of its two doors; the sink in the toilet was so restricted by a ...
