The staff were truly outstanding and went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. Yes, it is alot of money to stay at this resort, but it was truly a once in a lifetime experience! »

If someone is in the hallway or outside the hotel it feels like they are in the room with you. Nothing my earplugs didn't fix, but I would bring that. Other than that, everything was great. »

«This property is located is walking distance to the train station, shopping and restaurants. There was no air-conditioning in any of the rooms. However, the weather was splendid, so it was actually not needed. The staff was incredibly kind and generous. There’s also a laundromat right across the street. A little pricey, but after.»

«Very central so easy to access all restaurants, bus terminal, and train station. Good comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Very simple breakfast, but satisfying. Just what we needed for our overnight in Aguas Calientes. A plus: free luggage storage.»

«Well, the view is just stunning. Location is nice, just a very short walk to the center with restaurants and more important the busses to Machu Picchu. The breakfast was a disappointment- I had to look away from that experience as well as the fact that after 6 a.m. there wasn’t hot water in the shower anymore, when rating. The reason for the rating is really the good wide beds, the stunning views and that the hotel is in a quality including lifts. This is basically what you need.»
