«Staff was very friendly, location was great, clean and in the midst of all the excitement of Aguas Callientes. Hotel is situated amongst other hotels/apartment buildings; distance between buildings is a narrow alley. My room was on the 4th floor (btw, no elevator so be ready to be walk up some flights)…Either my next door neighbors brought their Xbox and were playing “Call of Duty” with the blaring sound of machine guns and the volume turned up high or it was the residents who lived across the ...

«Not a good experience at all. Run down and dirty. Stunk. Tiniest bathroom-size of airplane bathroom. Got bites all over my arms and legs at night from something. Bites turned into welts and caused muscle pain. Breakfast in morning was cold. Warmer under food was not plugged in. Staff were trying to be helpful but didn’t know English well. Got charged for two nights but only stayed one. Tried calling them for almost 4 months prior to reservation to cancel second night and they never got back to ...

Vilas Insight Hotel Machupicchu

10/10 Utmerket

"Super sentral, very friendly staff, great breakfast, best shower so far. My only complain is to little electric outlets and how loud it is. If someone is in the hallway or outside the hotel it feels like they are in the room with you. Nothing my earplugs didn't fix, but I would bring that. Other than that, everything was great. "
