«The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. «If you like the Bristol Vibe you’ll love this Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and out. Trendy bar/lounge area and bedroom very nicely appointed with very comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely en suite and nice toiletries and fluffy towels/ dressing gowns. Floors could have been cleaner as could Bar area. Convenient parking 5 mins walk away at Cabot Circus multi storey. Useful to note that the Hotel Entrance is on Cave Street ( off Portland Square) Not Portland Square itself.»
