«I’ve been to quite a lot of hotels; this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at!
The front desk staff was so polite and friendly. Rooms were exceptionally clean!! The shower grout was even clean! If I could give 6 stars I would. Can not wait to stay here again!»

«Dirty linens!
We booked very late and options were few, but thought that Holiday Inn couldn’t go terribly wrong. When we checked in, the beds were neatly made in our room, but linens not changed from the previous guest. Lots of small hair and other dirt in the bed. When we told the reception, they offered to change, but didn’t seem surprised and offered no compensation or real apology. Other issues are minor in comparison but we had to make our kids’ bed ourselves and reception doesn’t take ...
