«You should provide free parking for guests. The supposed free outdoor parking was a crummy gravel lot that was far away. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen for cooking, we had to ask for dishes. They said they didn't provide toasters until I told them it was in the Expedia listing, then they did find one. Nice hotel but basic customer service.»

«I wasn’t able to connect to it, but as long as my kids were able to we were fine. They lived lol. Room was in excellent shape & loved that staff come to ask if we needed anything on our second day. I would definitely be coming back next year. »

«We were bikepacking around Vancouver over the long weekend. Before and after our stay at the inn we were able to leave a bag which was very kind and allowed us to see lots of local sights. The breakfast was great, especially the coffee and pancakes. Highly recommend this place.»

«The hotel is very clean and well maintained, it's not fancy but everything worked well, hot water, fridge, A/C, Internet all worked very well, staff was friendly, lots of parking and a diner attached to the Hotel, there is also a liquor store at the Hotel and a good comedy club also at the hotel, overall a great stay»

«Great location. Room was clean. Parking was around the corner so close and only $15 per night. Price was great for a Tuesday but tried again on Good Friday and it was over $200 per night. »

«I stayed one night and had a fabulous stay! The staff was so nice and welcoming, and my room was really spacious and comfy. The hotel is historic and beautiful with lots of flowers outside. Great location for a walking tour of Victoria!»

«Room had issues with bathroom - no stand alone shower - tub had a 12 inch wide rim and was high- difficult to get in and out of Toilet very low - bathroom overall required update - countertop had edging paint chipped VIEW with room balcony amazing!! Very clean and very comfortable bed with capacity for phone/laptop plug ins - internet great! Hotel dinning room and breakfast offering excellent - loved this hotel except for bathroom requiring update »
