«You should provide free parking for guests. The supposed free outdoor parking was a crummy gravel lot that was far away. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen for cooking, we had to ask for dishes. They said they didn't provide toasters until I told them it was in the Expedia listing, then they did find one. Nice hotel but basic customer service.»

«This hotel is a great choice if you're on budget. It's a short drive from downtown. There is a very nice mall in walking distance with great restaurant choices. The hotel is clean and quiet. There are plates and forks etc available, which is nice. The 2 queen room is tight if you have 4 people. We have 3, which is alright. There is a liquor store next to the hotel. «We were bikepacking around Vancouver over the long weekend. Before and after our stay at the inn we were able to leave a bag which was very kind and allowed us to see lots of local sights. The breakfast was great, especially the coffee and pancakes. Highly recommend this place.»

«The hotel elevator wasn't working so my husband and I were given a room on the main floor accessed from the outside. My husband has mobility issues and we weren't able to climb the hotel stairs to the inside rooms. The room was dated and had to step up into the small washroom. If this was indeed a handicap room, wouldn't the room have a walk-in shower? We were paying the same as other guests but felt we were put in this room as a "fix". The quality of this room was not up to standard.»

«Great location. Room was clean. Parking was around the corner so close and only $15 per night. Price was great for a Tuesday but tried again on Good Friday and it was over $200 per night. »

«We went for a short weekend trip in victoria and although the Craigmyle met our needs in terms of a place to stay that was minutes away from downtown and affordable, we did find that parking was not always abundant. The parking was limited on the street and it really depended one what time of the day it was. The bathroom sink was alot smaller than your average sink and the walls were paper thin.
