«Highly recommend this property. Very clean. Responsive hosts, easy checkin, clear lockbox instructions. Very unfussy check out procedure - really nothing, pretty much just leave! «The location was about 15 min to historic Quebec City and we enjoyed walking there. Apartment was new and bright and reasonably well equiped. The staff were helpful. We stayed in Spt. 301 and the cleaners had not done a great job. Bedside tables and lamps were visibly dusty and bath tub edges were really dirty (where bathtub and tiles meet). Also place was opposite a safe injection site, wuth lots of patients hanging around. We didn't feel safe walking back at night and always took an Uber. ...

«The space had all of the amenities you would expect, but unfortunately not everything was maintained/available as you’d expect. Hotel Bonaventure Montreal

"Litt kronglete å finne fram- hotellet ligger i 10. Etg, og det var litt forvirrende med en gang. Fikk god hjelp av personalet ang parkering, med flere forslag til hvor vi kunne sette bilen. Rommet var stort og luftig- vi hadde utsikt til bassenget på taket, og var veldig fornøyd med det. Bassenget var rent, håndklærne var store og myke. Frokostbuffeten var stengt den dagen vi spiste på hotellet, men frokosten fra menyen var god- om enn dyr… Restauranten og baren stengte tidlig ( 23.00)- det var vel det eneste. Hotellet fremsto som rent, trygt og vel vedlikeholdt, selv om gulvteppene var stedvis litt slitt. Definitivt et hotell jeg anbefaler!"
