«The room was not as advertised. Staff at check in was not helpful. We had notified them ahead of time that we were celebrating an anniversary - no acknowledgement - bathroom was dirty, very small, patio was dirty - uncomfortable. No security. Fees were not as expected. Not safe- each time we walked out - there were homeless people hanging out and accosting us .»
