From the receptionists, the runners, the housekeeping, the spa, the staff at the poolbar, rooftop bar and the ones in the restaurant including the chefs. Their service was above and beyond! Also the WhatsApp service with quick response when we asked questions was exceptional. The villa we got with a private pool, loved it! The all day breakfast from 7am till 10.30pm, genious! «Flott hotell! Rommene er noe små, men tar igjen med delikat og sjarmerende interiør. Flotte bad, fin liten terrasse/balkong. Vi likte spesielt godt bassenget og frokosten. Personalet er oppriktig hyggelige og hjelpsomme mennesker. Hvis jeg skulle ha behov for hotell i Ubud igjen kommer jeg til å velge dette på nytt. Om jeg skal gi trekk for noe - hotellet ligger litt i utkanten, med ca. 15 minutters gange til hovedgata. Veien dit er dårlig belyst og like trafikkert som alt annet på Bali.»

«Lovely clean spacious place to stay with a great pool to cool off in. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the main road. It can be noisy with roosters and dogs in the morning, so bring earplugs if that’s a problem for you. »

«We had a great stay at Rumah Taman. It was spacious and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, so nothing to complain about. The only minus thing is breakfast is a bit poor and you don't have a breakfast area beside sitting at the reception desk. It takes around 10-15 min to go to Ubud marked from here. Overall we enjoyed our stay and can recommend this guesthouse.»
