«This hotel stay was one of the most frustrating experiences my sister and I have had, despite staying at many Hiltons. The check-in employee was dismissive and rude. We couldn’t check in because the floors were still wet from cleaning, yet he suggested we enter the room anyway. After a long drive, being told to return in an hour was disappointing. When we returned, we asked for compensation for the inconvenience, suggesting free parking for one night. He acted as though we wanted the entire stay ...
