«We reserved a King suite. It was very nice. The bathroom shower door had some black mold on the track. So, a little more attention to detail is recommended.
The outside was lackluster for Frankenmuth. Weeds in the landscape, debris on the ground and parking lot. Not very well maintained.
The pool area was ok. The tile flooring and the wall tile along the floor was dirty and scummy. Probably time for a cleaning.
Breakfast was ok. Nothing special serving rubber sausage and pre-made eggs. ...

«The property was decently clean, never saw a houskeeper, but pool was stalked with towels and we enjoyed the breakfast.
Had a little bit of issues with staff. Slightly rude about curtains to pool area. I just wanted to watch my son from the lobby through the windows and was moving the blinds to see in. Was confronted by staff about it. To be fair I don't think she knew I was a parent.
Then we were put on "hold" for the front desk for like 5 minutes. They just placed the phone on the counter ...

«The pool was broken and the staff said the only maintenance man was on another job and the hotel owners didn't see fixing the pool for the guests as a priority. Also the check in area and hallways very warm and muggy, was told the management likes it warm. The bathroom vent in the room made a horrible noise starting up and while running. The toilet was very low and it clunked when you sat down. Needs tightened is my guess. Hotel needs repairs.»
