Hoteller nær The Festival Drayton Centre

«It was an ok visit but we wouldn't go back - just wasn't an inviting experience - and no dinner served on Monday meant we had to go out»

«Lovely welcome from the team on arrival. The room on the top floor was great, comfy bed, good sized room, fridge with fresh milk provided. Really tasty breakfast, available until 12pm which was a nice touch. Friendly place, nice bar and outside area»

«Would have been a 5 star review but I asked the first night if staff could kindly remind other residents to move away from the front steps of the building whilst smoking kate at night as it comes into the bedroom window. Second night I had to ask 3 different gentlemen to please move away as their smoke was keeping me awake and affecting my asthma. Two were very apologetic and moved but the 3rd I got abuse from and it was not nice😞.»

«Was a pleasure staying at Hawkstone Park Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming, only thing was the parking. Seemed like the people coming to play golf were parking in the hotel car park. But other than that it was a nice place to stay»

«We had the best stay! Our room was lovely and cosy and the property itself has been beautifully renovated. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and we very much look forward to staying here again.»

Bar staff good and efficient in service.»

«Very good value for money and very friendly staff!»

«I think you should put more effort of shining up the rooms and cleanliness. The staff was very friendly :-). »

«Fabulous property in country location, we will definitely be returning so that should be the best review »

«Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. This is a hygiene issue that should not be present in a paid short-term let. The sofa in ...

«Great host, clean rooms all facilities that are required, great breakfast.»

«They should air out the rooms, it was extremely stuffy when we entered the room. Had to ask for an iron and it was old and rusty and wasn't working properly. We were afriad to use it. The rooms had no air condition and was very warm. Overall it wasn't managed properly. Sorry to say none of us were too happy.»
