«Oheka Castle successfully gives the feeling of staying at a historic castle (which it is). Our room had a very annoying high-frequency/high-pitch noise, but the front desk had no problem with giving us another room. We were given close to none information at check-in - when we went to ask them what was happening at the Castle, we were told here was a fundraiser and was told to stay away form the dining area. When we checked out, a bus arrived for a tour at the castle and the front desk was busy ...

«When it's called a luxury apartment I expected a little more. Larger room with a better lounge (missing coffee table). But the bathroom was large and nice. Nice kitchen too, but a bit poorly equipped. Missing e.g. proper knives (bread knife, meat knife) and scissors. The outdoor area was fantastic, great pool, and well equipped. Also a big plus with closed indoor parking»

«We only stayed one evening and the room was very nice, big and appeared to be recently renovated (RM 425). The only item that was difficult to find and use was the thermostat. It is behind the standing lamp by the front door and was set for air conditioning. The night we stayed the temp was 35+ F. degrees outside. Try resetting the thermostat at midnight in the dark. The breakfast was awesome and the breakfast staff was awesome!»

«When the hotel hosts a large conference for Orthodox Jews, they should consider whether to accommodate other guests as well. This is because we were barred from almost all of the hotel's common areas.
Upon our arrival after a long drive, our 9-year-old son was denied use of the lobby restroom, as it was reserved for the conference. We were also unable to use the pool, as it too was reserved for the conference. Matters came to a head when we were denied breakfast, despite having paid for a stay ...
