When I talk to the person at the desk and told him that we didn't have a microwave in our room he said oh really that's strange we can talk to somebody in the morning. «The hotel has EVERYTHING you need. The charm of it being a former fire house with oringial items incorporated into the design was a treat. The staff could not have been more pleasent and went out of their way to please you. The food was excellent and the chef actually came out to speak with me about my request that was not in their breakfsst menu. It turned out perfect. The fine dining resteaurant located on the second floor was fantastic. Great areas to just read a book or talk with friends ...

The beds are a little too firm for my liking but the AC was nice and cold. I didn't get breakfast because it wasn't made to order and a little pricey. That's expected for a casino restaurant.
