«My room wasn't ready at 4p waited 40mins or more. The woman at the desk didn't informed me that my room was ready. I over heard her telling someone else that she had a room available for her when she came in 40min after me. I waited 5 min to see if she was going to call me to the desk for my room. «The room was very clean, towels were really plush, bed and pillows were plush and comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night and location was fabulous and very safe in a very upscale neighborhood. The only quirky thing was the bathroom door in the room was a sliding barn door made out of frosted glass with no lock, so the bathroom was not private if you are staying with your children, etc.»
