«This is a great motel for a cheap stay in New Paltz! If you're not looking for anything beyond a comfy bed, clean room with basic necessities like a full bathroom, microwave, tv and mini fridge. Rooms are spacious though complete with sofa and desk. Staff is friendly. Good spot to just catch some good sleep»

«Was in process of remodeling of the building ? Disarray ???? Sorry ! My honest answer ! Should have put up signs to tell customers what was going on with the building ? Maybe discounts ? Everything was closed inside that we looked to use with our overnight stay !»

«We have a rental property in the area. We were all booked up for the weekend. And needed a place for the overflow of friends who came up. The front desk staff were super friendly and made the check in process a breeze. The rooms were clean as well as all bed linen. Raj at the front desk had great customer service. »

«Room was modern and nicely decorated but was not very clean. The coffee spoon had old coffee dried on it you can tell it wasn’t washed. The corners and crevices were covered with dust and we don’t think the comforter was changed/washed. We stayed one night to visit a wedding venue in the area. We got in late and left early so it was good for the night. Very easy to check in since it’s self check in/check out so that was very convenient. Would stay again if we needed to.»

«This place is charmingly old school. Affordable and clean. The street noise is loud, and it sure sounded like someone was practicing drums at 9 am on Sunday. Also, the plastic cover on the mattress was…interesting. We’d probably stay here again, good value.»

«The hostess reached out well before our stay with check in details and other local information. We stayed in early May. The main house and cottage are located down a long drive. The cottage sits a little off to the side with the bedroom/office facing the river. The layout of the cottage is very efficient. We especially enjoyed the front mudroom and staging area perfect for storing muddy hiking boots and backpacks. Our week long state was magical. Coffee in the Adirondack chairs next to the river ...

«I’ve read some other comments about this being an older property. Honestly, any motel is going to be older. I found this motel to be in very good condition overall. My room was very clean and very comfortable. It was fully stocked with all of the typical hotel items. The kitchen was stocked with most anything you would need, though I only stayed one night and did not cook. The back yard was full of several small decks, grills, and other items that would allow you to enjoy a summer evening ...
