The room was clean initially but housekeeping didn’t make up the beds or clean during our stay (3 nights) other than trash removal and towel removal and would only place 2 towels in the room each day for 3 people. Which isn’t a huge deal but after being out all day and evening it got annoying to keeping having to go ask for towels. Didn’t have swim towels clean. There was a banging in the wall/ceiling that happened off and on during the night and early morning that kept us up. Seemed to be something maybe in the plumbing of the room above us? Not sure. We were over awning where cars would pull up to unload so that would get loud. The walls are paper thin. You hear everything. If you are not on the top floor then it sounds like people are walking loudly all the time. Breakfast… was hard for them to keep up with the demand, was what you would expect, not that good but “free”. Expressway can be loud if you are on that side (again, walls don’t break up the sound). The body care items in the showers while convenient, are not that good if you have some hair and need to wash your hair and need conditioner. We had to go buy some. Again not a huge deal but one of the reasons we booked there, to pack less.
