«For one night it was ok, however, there is no parking available, no hot water in the shower in the evening (morning ok) and no air-condition. Very good Wi-Fi and the location close to the park was good with a short walk to the city centre. Average breakfast.»

«The staff were very friendly and helpful. Such a good start to your evening, then you sat down for your meal. And the bar was set higher. The food was just superb. We were delighted, the people at tables around us were clearly also very happy. Highly recommended.»

«The room was clean and comfortable with all the necessities you need when on first arrival. This also included a lovely cooked breakfast with the option on preferences for how you wanted certain breakfast items cooked. It was a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral and an ideal location for my wifes Graduation that we had at the weekend. And it being central to all the local amenities, would definitely stay again and visit the town centre and shops in the near future.»

«The room was clesn and comfortable, housekeeping staff were very helpful especially helpful with my wife who was a bit off colour. The general quslity of catering was better than our last. Our last day breakfadt was goid however consistency needs to be maintained. Front of house staff work very hard, especially Nial, & Jenny. As a former auditor i would suggest a visit by a snag fixer and this place would be cracking. Small changes, massive differences.»

«Nice town, beautiful old branches of the university! Lovely stone bridges and river with passenger traffic in small boats being pushed forward by hand. A lot of different pubs. »

«A lovely property in beautiful grounds. The hosts Su and Paul were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A nice touch was the honesty bar which was well stocked. Breakfast was lovely and more choice than most hotels. I would reccomend a stay to anyone. Thanks Martin and Glennis»

«Everything was fine. Room was clean and does not smell. Onlt thing was the bed too soft for our liking. Plus, i liked that they have a communal kitchen which was reallt helpful when you wanr to cook your own meal instead of ordering from fast food! We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Thank you! »
