«This was our second stay at Beamish, as expected the room was a good size, as we upgraded again. We always enjoy our visits to the North East and you can not fault the staff and the food at breakfast and dinner. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The main reason for our visit was to visit Beamish Open Air Museum again and on this occasion to visit the Light Trail, which is just located at the side of the Hotel. «Staff very friendly on arrival, room lovely and clean. I had a pizza from the restaurant and they brought it to my room- tasted amazing !! Nice beds, lovely breakfast. Would recommend and will stay again. Only slight niggle only 1 bottle of water in the room for 3 people and 1 pack of biscuits. I appreciate putting 3 bottles in might be a waste but 2 between the 3 of us would have been better and 2 packs of biscuits would have meant we could all have 1 biscuit.
