«We arrived at 10 pm and the room had a broken AC and no sheets for pullout. The temperature was 95 degrees and the windows were left open suggesting that this was not a new problem. I had to contact the front desk (offsite) to request assistance. No one showed up after waiting for 45 minutes. We had to leave and rebook elsewhere. I requested a refund for our our stay due to the extenuating unresolvable circumstances and the fact that the room was uninhabitable. I have not heard back from ...

«The host was on site when we arrived and greeted us graciously and efficiently. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautifully renovated bathroom (Room 5). The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but comfortable. There was no place to hang clothes, but there was plenty of drawer space in the bureau and bed stands. «We had a wonderful time. The Inn is less than 10 min to Mt Snow. It's terrific to be able to easily cook there. The icing on the cake were the sauna, hot tub, pool table and air hockey!»

«The breakfast every morning was wonderful with a great variety to choose from.
The staff couldn’t be any more friendly, accommodating, and welcoming!
