I didn't like that it took for another woman's card (different race) to decline for the staff to check and see if there was an issue with their system after letting my cards ...

«The staff was very friendly. It's a very popular place on the weekends for both guests and non-guests. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was probably the best I've slept on in a hotel. The room stayed really cool even with nearly 100° heat that day. The front desk was attentive. I liked that they communicated a lot via text. «Vi er utrolig fornøyd med Arlo Washington DC. Kjempeflott service, high tech og nydelige rom. Vi bodde i en junior suite med våre to tenåringe og vi kunne ikke vært mer fornøyd. Enkelt med parkering i parkeringshuset rett ved. Svært god beliggenhet, så vi kunne gå til det meste. Vi kommer definitivt til å bo her igjen dersom vi tar turen tilbake. »
