«I booked this room based on the Google Maps location so that we would be within walking distance to the Water Buffalo Racing Festival. The location on Google showed .5km, the actual distance from the festival was 7.1kms, NOT walking distance. We also didn’t enjoy waiting for 30 minutes for a staff member to show up for our check in. «The place was beautiful, great location and ammenties. Corner unit so the view was amazing. Very nice, clean, and tidy. Only issue was only having 1 access key for the unit and entire building. There were 3 of us so it made things very difficult to maneuver. Either we all leave or nobody leaves. When I reached out to the manager upon check in to ask for an additional access key, I never received a response.»

"This is a busy family hotel. The room was top-notch. We decided to stay here because of the water park, and it didn't disappoint us at all. The water park was fantastic. Breakfast was wonderful, but due to the number of visitors, you have to choose your time to visit the restaurant. The staff were polite and helpful. They could speak many languages (but not Norwegian, sadly). The hotel is located near the Terminal 21 shopping mall within walking distance. If the hotel facilities are not good enough for you, Terminal 21 is a good alternative. Please note that the hotel is not located near the sea."
