«Very safe and secure place to stay as a solo female traveller ..
Shuttle to museum district was wonderful !!!
Vanessa shuttle driver was very helpful ..The valet said I could use shuttle to get to Galleria but then she said she was no longer allowed to take gusts that far. She helped me find the uber stand . She helped me and went above and beyond with my uber app. Great employee and lovely to talk to. Be aware many uber drivers don’t know where the pick up point is so communicate with them . ...

«We arrived with no available parking and forced to park at another hotel for $50 (which the Double Tree would not validate) My wife is a cancer patient at MD Anderson, so walking there and back was less than ideal.
Everything about this hotel is meh. I do not recommend.»

«This is a great place to stay. The host answers very quickly and is available 24/7 which was very helpful as we had to get out of a bad hotel late at night and book this place last minute. They were very kind to work with & the place is just like the photos. It is in a safe area, has gated parking, and has an in room washer and dryer. Everything was clean, and it was nicely stocked for a longer stay. The only bad thing is that the bed and couch are pretty uncomfortable for a longer stay, the ...

«The property is in the middle of the hood with a lot of movement around it so that was a little alarming but the home itself was immaculate! I rented the home for a prom send off which sadly was canceled due to the storming weather. The photos we were able to take though within the home came out amazing! My only complaint for the stay was that I paid extra to host an send off event which was canceled due to the weather and was told that the funds were non refundable even though VRBO said that ...
