«Overall a reasonably good stay. There was no conditioner in the bottle in the shower which was unpleasant to find out after shampooing. There was also extra furniture stacked in there corner of the room which was weird but okay i guess. Only lighter weights available in the gym. Nice pool and waterside»

«Room was clean, batheroom was lovely and had very nice products, staff at check in/out were nice. Location was great! Looks like the renovations aren't completely finished as our room needed proper window coverings, matching bedside lamps (one was truly awful!), had no wall decorations of any sort and needed another lamp in the corner as it was a very dark room. Bed was comfortable but it made a clanging down when you got i and out which was odd, like someone banging a steel drum. The chairs ...

«Pros: Friendly staff, s'mores nightly firepit, beautiful location, amazing boardwalk. Cons: We were in the oldest part of the resort, the shower was one of those very large old soaker tubs with a shower above (make shift style). The TV in the bedroom didn't work, the mini fridge didn't work, and they forgot to clean our room (we were there for three nights). »

«The Grotto Spa has been updated & is beautiful. Loved the assortment of saunas. Close by Coombs Market & Englishman’s River Falls and Parksville seaside beachfront park are a must see!! »

«Very nice hotel right at the beach. We had the most amazing view from our room! We didn't try the restaurant, but it looked very cozy, also right at the beach. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the wifi didn't work at all in our room. It worked fine in the reception area though.»

«The restaurant and bar closed at 9pm. It was march break , so, Pretty early. The hotel was packed apparently so why wouldnt you be open a little later. . This place could definitely use an upgrade . Staff was kind . Stay was underwhelming.»

«A very well located motel on the outskirts of Courtney centre. Lots of parking. Recently renovated the rooms were clean and well kept. Comfy beds, awesome shower. Very modern finish for a motel. Bonus was the free coffee machine 24hrs. Unfortunately pool was closed fue to the time of year, but there was a nice outdoor seating area, indoor bar top shuffleboard, and humongous TV in the lounge. Also they welcome dogs a d do it charge a fortune for them. The staff were so welcoming and kind.»

«Clean room , friendly staff. Mark was very helpful and friendly. Morning Mountain View was fantastic. We could use the microwave for dinner and breakfast to heat up our food. Convenient store has variety of food and snacks even Alcohol. Great place to rest and enjoy night after skookumchuck narrows trailhead. Want to come back again. »
