    Villa Kernow is a relaxed family holiday villa in Moraira, in a quiet residential area just 800 metres from the sandy beach of El Portet, with its own private pool, garden and terrace. Guests rate it 9.8 out of 10.



    Who it's for

    With a double bedroom and two twin rooms, Kernow is made for families with children, sleeping up to six. You'll have the whole ground floor, the garden and the pool entirely to yourselves: the upper floor stays closed during the summer, so nobody else shares the property.



    Outside

    The 8 × 4 m private pool is the centre of family life, with the furnished garden and terrace around it for lunches outside and lazy afternoons. Fire up the barbecue as the day cools down. Good to know for parents: the pool has no shallow end, so little ones will want armbands or a float.

    Location

    El Portet's sandy beach, shops and restaurants such as La Casita are all about 800 metres away, and the centre of Moraira, is 1.6 km. Having a car makes the most of the area.

We had such a great time at this villa with our family! Everything went above and beyond our expectations. We especially loved the pool and outdoor space, the quality of the furniture and the privacy. The owners have thought of absolutely everything. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Vi hade en jättebra vistelse i Moraira, huset var över förväntan, området supermysigt och nära en jä

Vi hade en jättebra vistelse i Moraira, huset var över förväntan, området supermysigt och nära en jättefin strand. Det kändes väldigt privat och det var ett lugnt och fridfullt område/boende. Värden Matthew var super trevlig och svarade snabbt om det var något som vi undrade över eller behövde, gjorde verkligen det lilla extra för att få oss att känna oss välkomna. Rekommenderar att man har bil för att handla eller åka till Moraira stad eller göra andra utflykter. Värt att notera att poolen är djup om man har med sig barn. Vi kan varmt rekommendera det här boendet och kommer mer än gärna tillbaka igen!

One of the best villas we've stayed in. The outside space is amazing with plenty of space for everyone to find a comfy spot in either sun or shade. The pool is sparkling clean and was very welcome in the August heat. Inside is comfortable, well equipped and easy to keep cool thanks to the air conditioning. Matthew was really helpful in meeting us to show us round and it was comforting to know he was on hand to address any issues. We're already thinking about a return visit! Maybe a few more drinking glasses (not plastic) in the kitchen but it's a very minor point.

fab stay in the villa close to El Portet beach

We have just had a fab stay in the villa close to El Portet beach. The villa was as described, spacious, well equipped and the pictures of the outdoor space don’t do it justice. The communication has been great from start to finish and the location of the property is ideal if you’re looking for easy access to a small beach with a few local bars and restaurants within a ten minute walk. Thanks again for a wonderful stay we would love to return one day :) The only slight issue was the depth of the pool as it has no shallow end and you’re not able to stand up at all once off the steps which was difficult at first when travelling with a 3 and 7 year old, that being said after our two weeks they were both far more confident in the water so I think it did us a favour in the end!
