Villa Elche is a charming, detached 3 bedroom property with traditional Spanish touches, close to the heart of Moraira village. All the interesting boutiques and bazaars of Moraira plus 2 excellent golden sandy beaches are within 15 minutes on foot or a short drive away. With a large open plan living area, good-sized swimming pool and raised terrace, Villa Elche is well suited to couples or small families. Pool heating, Wifi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Located on the edge of the pretty Moraira village, Villa Elche is an ideal base to explore the area. There is a path leading down to the resort's centre, 15 minutes' away by foot or a short drive. Close to the fine golden sands of La Ampollla Beach and a great choice of bars and restaurants, you'll have all you need within easy reach. The upmarket Moraira marina is a great spot for people watching and indulging in some delicious delights. Be sure to look out for the many stunning miradors (points of natural beauty) dotted around the region. Nearby Calpe town is also just a short drive away and offers a livelier setting to explore.
