LAY OUT: Buenos Aires is a very nice and luminous villa located in Moraira. The lay out invites us to relaxation and calm. We access through the fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary comfort and equipment needed to prepare all kind of meals. A corridor gives us access to the bedrooms: a first bedroom with two single beds with next to it a bathroom with shower. We will also find two other bedrooms also with single beds as well as another bathroom with shower. Finally, at the end of the hallway we will find the spacious bedroom with a double bed. The dining-living room is spacious and luminous. The decoration is a mix between modernism and comfort. A table with chairs, several sofas and armchairs around the TV overlooking the terrace and the garden of the property.



EXTERIOR: The dining-living room communicates with the outdoor terrace. Equipped with a coffee table to share a snack and a dining table with chairs to share meals. Going down some stairs, we access the swimming pool where we can enjoy a bath or sunbathe thanks to sunbeds, a relaxing moment to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The garden of the property offers many spaces to relax as well as an outdoor car park made for several vehicles. The garden has different types of trees and shrubs, typical vegetation of the Costa Blanca.



LOCATION: The villa Buenos Aires is located in Moraira, in a quiet area full of nature with a beautiful view of the sea. The villa is just a few minutes from all services and has a very good orientation with the sun heating up all day long.
