Wonderful staff and welcome. Very helpful- all spoke great English and very professional friendly and personable. Hotel is a great location and walkable to seaside restaurants and bars. Large swimming pool for warmer weather times . Only criticism is breakfast - buffet style offering of cold cuts- cold boiled egg and bread ( toast and coffee machine). It would be perfect with even just a simple egg station!? Overall I can recommend this hotel. Thank you to the charming and very helpful staff!

Le personnel de la réception est super professionnel et très réactif contrairement au personnel du bar qui sert en même temps le restaurant et qui ne peut prendre votre commande quand vous voulez un simple verre le soir Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses La salle de bain est parfaite manque juste des verres à dents L emplacement est super 10 minutes de belles plages avec transats et grand parking Le restaurant de l hôtel est très bon Le petit déjeuner copieux avec des heures en fonction de votre réveil tôt ou tardif ce qui évite trop de monde en même temps La piscine magnifique il manque juste des parasols ils ne sont pas en nombres suffisants

Hotel Serawa
Lovely hotel, friendly staff, rooms cleaned to high standard. We stayed in a terrace room which had great balcony space however room was not very big and the balcony door could not fully open, hitting against the end of the bed making it difficult to access the balcony. No tea/coffee making facilities. Overall we had a lovely holiday.

Really comfy beds
Really comfy beds very large but leaves little space in the rest of the bedroom. We booked a room with a terrace which was very nice but didn’t get the sun till around 11.30. Excellent breakfast you can order fried eggs, scrambled eggs or omelette as well as the buffet food. It’s about 25 min walk down hill into Moraira town but you pass some great bars and restaurants on the way

Mooi, rustig hotel met heerlijk ontbijt. Prachtige kamers, tuin en zwembad, maar vooral superlief personeel, waarvoor niets teveel is. We gaan zeker terug.

Prachtig hotel, fijne sfeer en mooi interieur. Vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk ontbijt. Carmen maakt iedere dag je ei naar keuze bereid met liefde en aandacht. Hele leuke en gezellige restaurantjes in de buurt. Minpunt is dat de kamers wel erg gehorig zijn. Wij waren er in een hele rustige periode, dus als het hotel vol is, ga je dat zeker merken. De bedden waren helaas ook nier zo fijn. Verder niks op aan te merken.

The hotel is very nice and clean, because is a new building the spa area still needs some finishes that don’t affect use but would make this area even nicer. The staff is supper friendly and helpful, we ate the best dinner in the room. We truly loved our stay.

Outstanding value
Only here for one night but would gladly return to this impressive hotel. Rooms were excellent value, hotel is clean with a fresh feel to it , breakfast was very good and plentiful. Terrace provides an ideal place to just relax in what is a comfortable and pleasant environment very well supplemented/supported by helpful, polite and friendly hard working staff.

Hotel nuevo, de hecho, algunas partes estaban todavía en construcción. La decoración es preciosa, muy acorde a la zona. Tienen incluso una mini tienda con productos locales. El personal es muy amable. La señora del restaurante a la hora del desayuno, un amor, súper simpática. El primer día hubo muchos problemas durante el desayuno, creo que se desbordaron. Pero al día siguiente mejoró bastante.

Lugn atmosfär
Hotellet bjuder på en lugn och rogivande atmosfär. Lugnt läge lite utanför Moraira. Vi hade lite svårt att hitta till hotellet. Frukosten var riktigt god i härlig miljö på terassen.

Instalaciones recien reformadas, comodidad y limpieza de 10. Durante el desayuno habia algunos retrasos en la reposicion de producto o descordinación, algunos huéspedes no hacian uso de la mascarilla durante el buffet. Echamos en falta una oferta más amplia para la comida , para la cena si disponia de carta más amplia y servicio restauración.

Informarle que en todo el establecimiento informamos que deben hacer uso de las mascarillas en espacios interiores, pero a veces nos es difícil poder controlar que todos los clientes hacen uso de ella adecuadamente. Ideal
El hotel es ideal. Pequeño, tranquilo y con mucho encanto. Bien situado, cerca de una cala con chiringuito y bastante ambiente. También cerca de restaurantes. Lo que más nos ha gustado, sin duda, la piscina. Y lo que menos, la poca oferta de productos tanto en bar como restaurante.
