«The house was the perfect size for our group. Perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Unfortunately, there were not enough chairs at the dining table for everyone to sit around the table, a chair or 2 were missing. Overall cleanliness was good, but there were quite a few cigarette butts outside on the patio from the previous guests.»

«Very disappointed in this house. Upon arrival it was quite dirty (food on floor under kitchen table, dirt in corners and mop boards, toilet not cleaned). AC is undersized for hot Texas summer temps. Clothes dryer vents to inside of house resulting in hot, moist air mess. Very unfortunate experience as the house floor plan is nice for a family. Will not rent this house again.»

«Very overpriced for the value. The living room furniture and rug were dirty and stained. The a/c was spotty. There was a hole in the wall in one of the upstairs rooms. Had to stuff with tee shirt because of heat coming in. House felt unsteady, could feel it sway. There is no outdoor furniture on the upper deck.»
