"Very nice hotel. Good quality. Good service - but, not as great service as in other Ritz-Carlton hotels. Club lounge/Retreat area not really worth it. The pool and the breakfast is great. But, coctail hour is only one coctail pr day (only one type) and not food with it. Basic selection of drinks during the day. Lunch hour some food - but not very good quality. Cake time only cakes, not of any particular quality. I have had much better offerings at other RC-hotels. But the breakfast and breakfast area was really super! Rooms are nice and well maintained. A little hilly hotel area if you are not fit to walk."

"2nd year and still our preferred destination during the Winter. Only difference from last year was the Agave restaurant. Was fantastic in 2024, but the new 2025 menu was not up to Agave standard. Warm dishes served cold while the wines where hot. Already looking forward to come back to our favorite Meliá resort next year👍👌"

"Luxury hotel with every amenity, great rooms, wonderful pool areas, large breakfast buffet and one million tourist-shops nearby, but beware; this is a tourist-machine. Perfect if you enjoy that, but for us we missed a bit of personality and individuality. Service from staff was excellent, but the other guests were old and a bit self centered ;) We tried the a’la carte restaurant and it was excellent, and the drinks in the bar and pool bar vas very nice! Great place for a couple of days of luxury (with the other pensioners :P), and be sure to visit the karaoke/troubadourbar just across the street! "
