Venneferie Vanilla garden
Flott hotel, god service og hyggelig betjening. Kort avstand til strand og restauranter. Hotellets A la carte-restaurant kan absolutt anbefales. Spesielt torsken som vi fikk med ekstra tilbehør ( bacon og gulerøtter).

Et bedre sted å bo, med god frokost. Flotte rom med gode senger. Sentralt uten støy fra partyglade turister.

Har ikke noe å klage på !
Utrolig bra hotell! Det er rent, rett i sentrum (men det er fortsatt kjempestille på hotellet), service er utrolig og maten er også variert og smaker godt (vi hadde halvpensjon). Rommene er forresten akkurat sånn som på bildet. Vi fikk også bruke safen gratis og en velkomstdrikke som var utrolig bra touch👏 Anbefales! 😊

Excellent
We booked a suite with a hot tub and two balconies, which was great. Lovely hotel with buffet breakfast . More than meets your needs. The buffet dinner was as good with plenty of offer. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and most helpful. The room was spotless and could find no faults. Very central location. Close to beaches , restaurants and bars. Within about 4 km you have top brand name shops.

Everything was great, except for the amount of noise between rooms and from the outside. Sure, everybody’s there to have a good time. Zero complains about people making joyful noise. But the room’s isolation is next to nothing, so don’t go there expecting to close the door and make the world go away. The world is still quite audible. For a 4-star hotel, I was expecting far better isolation, but hey, whatever. We still had a great time, and the location is excellent.

Lovely boutique hotel lovely room nice touch wirh rhe champagne and fruit. Room always kept clean , lovely breakfast too Also recommend the paella it was lovely Great experience here over the Christmas and would definitely go back. Added bonus was the jacuzzi.

Fantastic little hotel
We had a fantastic time and will definitely come back again. The Hotel is lovely, well situated and spotless. Being adult only was a big advantage as was always peaceful. The pool is great and the food is good. Staff are very friendly. We ate at the hotel a few times and enjoyed everything we had.

Greeted with a choice of Simosa or white wine. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would recommend, the room was nice. They had a singer who would perform old school songs. The breakfast was cooked well, close to shopping areas and dining.

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic time at Vanilla Garden. Right from the welcome drink to the checkout where they arranged transfer to the airport, we felt very well looked after. The buffet style breakfast and dinner for the half board was excellent value for money and of a great standard. Above all the staff were tremendous and really made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay again.

An oasis.
Stayed here for one week in room 418. Excellent ground floor room with massive, comfortable double bed. Small tiled private terrace with table and two chairs, also a garden area with two sun-loungers. Every member of staff were courteous and professional. If there is one very small negative, we were slightly disappointed in the choice of food. However, everything else about this hotel is of the highest quality, including the laid back evening entertainment.

Friendly hotel
Like a peaceful bubble surrounded by tourist areas. A friendly and nice hotel. We were glad we had breakfast and dinner included, the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were excellent. Our room had everything we needed and the pool area was nice though could be difficult to find a place because the hotel seemed to be fully booked. Isn’t that good after the pandemic? We enjoyed staying here and would love to go back.

The staff were excellent, in particular Julie was an angel as she helped us through an unexpected situation. Our only negative was that the room we had was located right next to the reception area which at times people gathered at night and was loud. The grounds were clean and the amenities comfortable. Easy walking to all areas of Las Americas.

Vanilla garden OK but not great value for money
Location of the hotel is good if you like this kind of mass tourism resort. The place is more like blackpool with sun than tenerife. The hotel is rather small which in my opinion is great as I dont like massive resort type hotels. The common areas are quite nice but rooms are a bit dated. Bedsheets / Towels are old and worn. Some basics like tissue box on night stands were not offered.The next door hotel was doing renovation works which cannot be avoided but it was quite disruptive especially early mornings. No lift which is OK for low ruse but take it into account when you ll need to drag your luggage up. Food wise typical buffet with daily variation but dont expect typical or high quality cuisine. Staff is very hard working and super friendly. All in all bot great value for money (at least not when we went beginning of january). Adult only was quite good no kids running or screaming around. We stayed in 5***** for that rate but then npt in Jan and not south Tenerife.

Expensive week away
Went with such high expectations for the price of this hotel but didn’t live up to my thoughts , too far from beach , not enough sun round the pool lots shaded bits , food average, comfortable bed but hard pillows, no atmosphere at bar, and I would always check charges lots mix ups on room charge , also get charged to change pool towels !! The gala dinner was disappointing maybe it’s my taste but 3 out 4 of us agreed wasn’t great ! So sorry won’t return

Lovely but not quite for a adults only hotel
Paid the staff at the property but wasn’t advised to pay in euros because it would heave been cheaper. Paid a extra £50 on the asking price 😡 Very beautiful place with lovely and friendly staff. Not much sun at the pool people fighting for beds around the pool side. Drinks were overpriced where you can get them cheaper over the road. 3 nights of distributed sleep due other people

No spacious rooms, large balcony with drying rack that came out from the wall, useful for drying and airing beach towels and beachwear. Huge comfortable bed with super comfortable pillows.

Hôtel magnifique
Hôtel magnifique avec un accueil en Français et 2 flûtes de cava offertes, notre suite avait 2 terrasses dont une avec jacuzzi privé. Propreté de la chambre parfaite. Petit déjeuner buffet très bien avec un large choix de plats. Seul petit bémol du séjour, aucun parking dans l'hôtel et très difficile de se garer à proximité de l'hôtel dans les rues, nous avons été obligés de chercher un parking payant public plus loin. Sinon, séjour très agréable, très belle parenthèse dans nos vacances.
