Veldig nært strandpromenade og shopping gate!
Dette hotellet var stort...men hadde mange forskjellige områder å oppholde seg i! all inclusive var veldig bra! Meget god service...i bar og restaurant ..snackbar hele dagen etter lunch også...Be om drikke TO GO...og du kunne ta med deg drikke på verandaen din..Vannflasker i kjøleskap ved baren var godt å ha..da rommet ikke har kjøleskap.

Bra hotell, med sentral beliggenhet. Helt ok mat, liker du fisk var den helt super!! mye å velge i. Hver middag hadde sitt tema hele uken eks: Tyskland, Spania, Kina osv. Rommer vårt hadde stor terasse med mye sol, men rommet hadde kun 2 litt dårlige stoler, badet var fint. Totaltsett var vi fornøyd.

Typical all inclusive resort. Luckily we got an upgrade to a family room near the sea water lagune. Rooms were good, beds comfortable. Cleaning has ignored our room for three days in the row-we had to remind them to clean. Food was not good at all. We ended up eating out. Really typical 3 stars all inclusive hotel.

Nice reset in good service
Week holiday. Hotel all inclusive, laguna beach apartment. So much choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner that everyone could find some tasty bites. Grill restaurant was 4 days closed but we could enjoy one evening and it was delicious. You can grab bottle of wine for dinner included in all inclusive. Swimming pool nice and clean. Laguna pool a bit cold but then quiet. Every night animation programs nice to see siping a drink. Animators are much active, friendly and supportive. Location of the hotel is great. 15 minutes walk to both grey and yellow beaches. Nice commercial area around. Free Parking sometimes difficult but always managed to find a space. Reception staff friendly and good English.

Nice all inclusive stay
Great variety of good food all day long, nice pool area and activities to choose from throughout the day. Biggest drawback was the lack of air condition in rooms and the fans in the rooms were not powerful.

Aircondition mangler
Der er ingen aircondition, og det var virkelig varmt. Desuden skal man vide, at rejser man med børn, så er det ikke lige meget om der er køjeseng eller to enkeltsenge. Ved køjeseng er der 3 rum - værelse, stue og soveværelse. Ved enkeltsenge er der kun to. Der sover børnene i stuen.

On the expedia website it says it has air-conditioning but when I spoke to staff none of their rooms were airconditioned. So please correct your amenities for club europe. Food is the same everyday. However staff were excellent and cleanliness of the place is superb in all areas.

Good pool area, beautiful gardens with lots of protected wild life. Food very average, selected wine tastes like vinegar. Very little English spoken by the staff and quiet unfriendly. Good evening shows.

The hotel is well placed close to beaches, bars, restaurants etc in Las Americas, so thats great. The pool area is nice and always sunchairs available, the bar area is also OK. Beer is drinkable but wine and drinks are awful (as usual with all-inclusive).Beds are big and not as hard as usual in Spain, also a big plus! But what brings down the whole experience is the terrible eating area (all-inclusive buffet) which is crowdy, extremely noisy so instead of enjoying a dinner with family you just want to get out of there as soon as possible. Why the garden restaurant is closed is probably easy to understand from an owner point of view, but for a full-paying guest its insulting. So we are not going to come back.

Hyvä perhehotelli
Loistavalla paikalla, n. 200m merestä oleva siisti ja toimiva hotelli, jossa paljon lapsiperheitä sekä iäkkäämpiä henkilöitä. Paljon ohjelmaa. Ok tenniskenttä, jota sai varata ilmaiseksi. Pingis, lentis ja fudiskenttä. Paljon aurinkotuoleja kahden altaan ympärillä. Ruoka hyvää, mutta viikon lomaa ajateltuna liian yksipuolista. Pitsat olivat taivaallisen hyviä ravintolassa. Huoneet siivottiin päivittäin ja ne olivat kahden lapsen kanssa erittäin toimivia (kerrossänky toisessa huoneessa ja lisäksi toinen makkari + olohuone, jossa minijääkaappi). Hotellin sisällä oli myös pieni mini-zoo, jossa lintuja ja marsuja, joita pystyi syöttämään. Negatiivisena juttuna pulut/kyyhkyt, jotka aloittivat klo 7.00 huutamisen, jota jatkui siihen saakka kun aurinko laski. Meteli oli hirveä ja siihen usein heräsi. Iltaohjelma oli varsin laadutonta ja jopa ala-arvoista. Viinit, jotka kuuluivat hintaan, olivat hintatason alapäästä. Mutta kaikkinensa erittäin hyvä perhehotelli!

Super vacances
Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille, l'établissement est spacieux à proximité de tout (plage, commerce) au niveau restauration c'était bien un peu répétitif mais reste correcte. Petit bémols les animaux en cage perroquets oies jai eu mal au cœur à chaque fois que je passais à côté.

Séjour agréable ,dans un cadre superbe Tout est prévu pour les enfants même les plus jeunes ,les piscines sont agréables et les animaux présents sur le site réjouissent les enfants Les chambres sont propres et confortables Les repas à base de buffets permettent de satisfaire les différents goûts , Le all inclusive permet de se restaurer tout au long de la journée L’hôtel est situé près des magasins et près de la plage
