Flott hotell med super beliggenhet. Lett å få parkert bilen. Hoteller ligger litt utenfor sentrum, men koselig spasertur inn til byen. Og veldig greit med et lite supermarket rett ved hotellet. Fine rom, god frokost og hyggelig personale.

Tja, hva skal man si? Hotellet lå langt fra folk, femten minutter å gå til det lille sentrum som fantes. Derfor ble man gjerne stuck på hotellet. Der var det lite å finne på. Jeg reiste ned blant annet for å trene, men hotellets treningsrom var bittelite og med dårlig utstyr. Hadde ikke engang en tredemølle. Et par ergometer-sykler, en Smith-maskin og diverse manualer i et bittelite rom på taket. Maten var god, men det var litt håpløst å spise utenfor de etablerte mat-tidene. Frokosten startet 0800. Før det kunne man ikke få hverken mat eller drikke. Minibar fantes ikke på rommet. Selv ikke vann bød de på. 2 Euro per flaske i automat i første etasje. Svært mange gjester hadde en all-inclusive deal som inkluderte fri drikke. Det førte til et lite paradoks. Hotellet ønsket ikke at gjestene skulle drikke mye på hotellet, fortalte bartenderen meg. Derfor viste de ikke fotballkamper på TV i baren. De ville heller at gjestene dro fra hotellet for å se forball, enn å være på hotellet og drikke hundrevis av gratis halvlitere . Jeg hadde ikke all-inclusive, men liker å se en god fotballkamp. Så for meg passet konseptet svært dårlig. Internettet var svært tregt. Det var dårlig dekning på rommene (jeg bodde i 4. etasje) og det var treg linje fra hotellet til Europa. Det var ikke mulig å se video over Internet. Bare hakking og timeouts.

Not 4 star
This was claimed as a 4 star hotel when it was not the quality of this at all. We arrived at approx 11am on the 17th and enquired about the free upgrade and were met with a sharp response from the receptionist that they were full. Also the free spa service was actually a 2 hour free access to the facilities, not quite a service. We went to lunch and could see the bread was out, likely from breakfast, and some was stale already (this was confirmed from our following day there that the same bread was left out exposed all day and very stale by the time it came to dinner). We were advised our room would be ready at 2pm, we returned at 2pm and were told it would be a further half hour. Whilst awaiting I could see the fish pond area was very dirty, the furniture appeared worn and dated. The junior suite we had been assigned had an exposed fuse box, towel rails that fell off and dirty spoons and mugs. Food was not always fresh and barely warm, the quality being poor overall. Sun beds were torn and dirty and no towels were available when we initially went to the pool despite being given a towel card, we had to wait 50minutes. The gym had rusty equipment and was clearly not attended to hourly to be cleaned despite the sheet in the room claiming to be signed as proof of cleaning. On a positive note the other staff we met were friendly and attentive, we had a Mountain View as requested.

Trevligt läge
Fantastiskt läge vid strandpromenaden och havet. All-inklusive med stort utbud! Vita vinet var katastrof första dagen, det röda något bättre, cavan helt ok, likaså ölen. Väldigt fint poolområde, gott om solstolar för alla. Uppvärmd saltvattenpool.

Predominantly fab - few small improvements needed
Loads of really great things about this hotel - 24 hour desk, lovely pool, immediate access to beach through front and rear of hotel, proximity to airport, free parking, fridge in room, quick to fix any issues. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast and rooms lovely and spacious, pretty modern with gorgeous balcony. The only things that let it down were small things like lack of toiletries provided (not even soap). Small time window for changing towels which can sometimes be a bit inconvenient, we were on the 5th floor so amazing view but noise from the treadmills at the gym on the 6th floor. It’s one of those hotels with entertainment provided in the evening which wasn’t our cup of tea and they invited musicians to play in the lobby which does go all around the hotel so you can’t really escape the noise which went on until around 10.30pm sometimes. Also they charge for pool table (1 euro per game) and use of the room safe (3 euros per day) I feel it’s unacceptable to have to pay to keep your valuables safe ok holiday given what we paid for the room.

The hotel is located near the airport, and the taxi fare from the airport is around 16€. Nice hiking possibilities and the town is charming. The room was nice size. Unfortunately, the Expedia VIP upgrade was denied due to the hotel being fully booked, which was understandable due to the holiday season. Now, onto the awful stuff. The room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom was littered with hairs from previous guests. The toothbrush glasses were really filthy. I don’t understand why the cleaner visited daily if no cleaning was happening. Countertops or floors were not wiped. All the stains and dirt remained even after the cleaner's visit. The room was very noisy (pack earplugs if you are a light sleeper). The spa was a joke. I had a booking, but there was no one at the reception at the time. Luckily, a friendly lifeguard from the pool provided me with a towel and locker key. I was really looking forward to the sauna shown in the pictures, but it turned out to be a stock photo and not the actual sauna. The real sauna had crumbling wooden seats and lacked a water bucket to throw water on the stones. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and ants or termites were running all over. The fine dining restaurant had friendly staff.

I really liked this hotel. The hotel is in a lovely location and is very posh. The food however was terrible. The food was not restaurant quality at all…catered to more mediterranean tastes but in a low quality manner. Food was too salty and just kind of weird for example one night they served hot dogs which i thought “finally something nice and simple not bad to mess up”…hot dogs tasted so disgusting and “mystery meat” like that it ruined our appetite for the whole day.

Best balcony view ever 😍
I love this hotel for two things, taxi is €16 from airport and the balcony view is amazing. I hardly use the facilities as I use it as a base to explore the island and to relax. Stopped more than once and will definitely stay again ❤️

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Mahlzeiten in Büfettform waren schön angerichtet. Gut fand ich die kanarische und spanische Küche. Mexikanisch war nicht mein Geschmack. Das ist aber eine reine Geschmackssache. Zimmer mit unverbautem Meerblick und die Wellenbrecher hautnah. Zimmer haben eine gute Schallisolierung. Enttäuscht war ich von der angebotenen Wellnessleistung, da ich der Ansicht war, es gäbe eine Massage. Stattdessen konnte man "nur" den SPA Bereich einmalig reservieren.

I like the fact that it was for adults only. It is a nice hotel and very good rates. Breakfast was good.. If you are looking to pretty much stay around the property and use the amenities there, than this is a good place for you. If you want to be closer to the main towns of Los Christiano's or that area where there is more action than it would be wiser to get a hotel closer. Taxi one way is about 35 Euros.

This is a hotel outside of El Medano. Late night music that permeates hotel, rude staff. Buffet is awful breakfast or dinner. Not sure why Expedia says 4-star but it is a2trying to be 3 and failing.

Schöne Lage, schöne große Zimmer, gutes Frühstück Leider ist der Zustand der Anlage nicht up to date. Dazu kommt, dass das Haus sehr lieblos und unachtsam geführt wird. Der Anspruch an ein Gran Hotel, der im Namen geführt wird, ist leider bei Weitem nicht erfüllt

Property is styled like a ship and only a couple of years old. Room was sea facing and fantastic view. It’s a surfer hot spot so is very windy which I didn’t know but didn’t spoil the experience. All inclusive upgrade is good value.

Hôtel à Tenerife sud
L’hôtel est situé sur le couloir aérien du décollage des avions de l’aéroport sud de Ténérife et le bruit n’était pas supportable sur la terrasse de notre chambre. La nourriture n’était pas digne d’un hôtel 4**** Pas de petit déjeuner avant 07H30 et l’horaire de notre vol retour ne nous a pas permis de bénéficier de cette prestation. L’hôtel affiche sur son site qu’il y a un espace spa mais à notre grande surprise l’accès est payent.

Short cycling holiday with father
Last minute, great value short stay for a few days cycling with my father. Staff fantastic and hotel immaculately clean, if a few years old. All inclusive basis was great value, food, fresh, plentiful and varied
