I was not emailed a code for the door and was stuck there with my luggage unable to get in. When I called and messaged the phone number provided, no one ever got back to me. I had to find another hotel. I never leave negative reviews, but no one has made any attempt to reach me or respond.

Terrible experience as it stated checkin anytime after 15:00 and hotel did not provide PIN code at all so we were left stranded outside at 2am in the night and the number on the door no one was picking up calls so we had to relocate to a different hotel in the middle of the night. Expedia customer service was spot on though, helped us through out the whole relocation process!

Hola lamentamos que haya pasado un mal rato, esperamos que nuestros clientes se sientan seguros a la hora de venir a nuestro Hotel, disculpe los inconvenientes causados, es importante recordar que enviamos correos de confirmacion, de registro y por ese mismo correo enviamos el codigo de acceso, vemos que realizo el registro on line y eso quiere decir que recibio sin problema este correo, en nuestros registros tenemos informacion que se le envio 2 veces a ese mismo correo el codigo de acceso, uno a las 15:34h y el otro correo se envio a las 17:43horas, gracias

The property has a curious pin entry system which means you can check yourself into your room out of hours. It also meant you could stay there six nights as we did, and never ever meet a member of staff, as we did! The apartments were beautiful and spacious with spectacular views of the cliffs and mountains. The town itself however is dull with very little to do unless you're into surfing. Maybe 2 bars and a handful of restaurants which all close early apart from one. It's also the windiest place on earth!

Fine for a single night stay
Clean room with everything you need for a single night stay. The room was simply furnished. The bed was slightly uncomfortable and had to unplug the fridge due to noise from compressor.

Heerlijk verblijf
Geweldige ligging alles op loop afstand . Prijs kwaliteit verhouding perfect! Zeer gastvrij. Smart tv en koelkast op de kamer . Het enige minpunt was dat het matras aardig hard was en ik dus nihil heb geslapen. Maar de kamers zijn goed schoon badkamer ook. Zee strand boulevard supermarkt bushalte dokter tabakshop bakker markt restaurants autohuur fisio dierenarts surfboard verhuur tankstation .alles om de hoek.

Great location & has all you need .
The hotel is in a great location just up from the main beach in the centre of town . The room was clean & we even had a sea view . We stayed 2 nights and the room did not get cleaned but maybe they clean it every other day . The mattress had some weird plastic coated cover which I did not particularly like as it squeaked a lot . Apart from that I really liked the room .

Disappointed
On arrival at 11 am nobody on reception. Had tp phone. On return at 15.00 still nobody on reception. Had to ring again. Young man with bad attitude came out after ringing yet again and checked us in. No tv in living room , only in bedroom. No remote control so unable to use television not even in bedroom. From 19.00 in room with nothing to do. What’s that all about??

Rates are expensive for the accommodation. Holes in towels and shower was tepid. Service very much like a hostel. No eating facilities reception only open a few hours a day.

Well placed budget hotel
Budget hotel near the airport, great for buses which were regular even on NewYears Day! Managed to get to the airport using 2 buses no problem. It is functional, little balcony but no view and rather overlooked by balcony next door. Close to sea front and walks and bars etc. Definitely a functional approach but worked for a night or two.

We paid for a room with 1 queen bed and 2 sofa beds for one couple and two single people. There was only 1 sofa bed in the room so the two single people had to share. The hotel claimed that the mistake was made by Expedia and your representative claimed the mistake was made by the hotel. Nothing was resolved and we, the customers, were lost out. The hotel offered us breakfast and then did not cover the whole cost.

Clean. No frill budget hotel. Convenient when transitioning to/from airport. Front desk could be friendlier and really needs to extend check-in and check out hours. Asked for late check in and was refused even though received an email offering that option.

Horrible and rude service. You have to constantly call each time you need something at the reception even during opening hours. I needed a toilet before living the guy didn’t have the key to open it. Is this a joke or what?

Bon rapport qualité prix… ne parle qu’espagnol
L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé et le confort de la chambre est très correcte. Il y a un réfrigérateur et bouteille d’eau. Petit balcon avec table et chaises. Par contre pour les arrivées tardives tres difficile de se faire comprendre si vous ne parlez pas espagnole . Ne parle pas du tout Français ou anglais. Pour le code de nuit il faut appeler le jour même après 15h. Cela étant dit, cela reste un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Excellent séjour dans cet hotel bien situe.
Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel proche de la mer, très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont relativement grande. L'arrivée autonome est assez simple. Le petit-déjeuner dans un bar pas très loin était super top point on savait juste pas qu'il fallait aller là-bas ;-) Le quartier et la plage sont vraiment très agréables

Alors le checking pour cet hôtel a été catastrophique car nous sommes arrivés après la fermeture de la réception car notre avion a eu du retard. Je n'avais pas fait d'enregistrement en ligne, je n'avais donc reçu aucun code pour pouvoir accéder à notrr chambre. Après plus d'1h à essayer de m'enregistrer et d'avoir appeler les numéros d'urgence, nous avons eu quelqu'un au bout du fil qui nous a donné nos codes d'accès, ouf ! Donc moralité de cette histoire, bien vérifier vôtre boîte mail et surtout s'enregistrer comme demandé. J'ai reçu mon mail de confirmation avec mes codes d'accès 2 jours plus tard 😅

Beautiful place to stay. We knew we were going to have a late check in and desk is not staffed after 19:00. Tried to get entrance code from hotel using what’s app but they would not send it to me. Apparently they sent everything via email through Expedia where I booked but codes never came through. Made for stressful check in process. Had to stand outside and call a posted number and wait for someone to let us in. After that it was a wonderful place to stay!
