Hi all! I want to say that Vincci Tenerife Golf hotel is a fantastic place to stay! This is a perfect place on the edge of the ocean, literally, you see ocean out of your window! You can see waves... super romantic (which was just perfect for my and my wife’s stay). All inclusive option is great - everything was included - food, drinks... but mostly we liked the animators team: barmen Esperanza, Iria, a bold guy (sorry, don’t remember his name...), and Yanira that run all events. All of these guys make the hotel a fantastic place. Me and my wife had a great holiday, definitely recommend, definitely will return. Thanks to all.

Not quite there yet.
Extremely kind and attentive staff who speak excellent English - both in the reception and restaurant. The restaurant itself is without soul and reminds me of the massive roadside part diner-part supermarkets across the UK. The food was perfectly ok (14 euro for adult and 7 for child) and the restaurant, as the rest of the hotel, is clean and tidy. There was horrible live music in the lounge area which happens to be the centre of the hotel. I asked the receptionist if it was karaoke but her "sorry, what?!" response made me quickly change to "just asking who is playing?". Our room was near the lounge and the music was very loud, until 10.30-11pm. After that the hotel was completely silent except for the beautiful sound of waves crashing below the balcony - it is an amazing location. The bathroom had no space or hooks for hand towels, and a shower straight onto the "open" floor so the entire bathroom floor was soaking. The room was very large with lovely furniture but no tea or ironing facilities. Wifi is not included. I think this hotel has HUGE potential and I hope it reaches it.

Almost there...
Nice scenery close to the sea with sun deck, large rooms and ok food, but restaurant is as a conference hall with too much light and some of the restaurant staff are unprofessional and not very helpfull. Desert on large dinner plates etc. All the pictures on the wall are bolted with 5 degrees skewness, almost as it is a joke :) Ok if you het a good price. The hotell is good, but could have been great. Sutch a shame.

Bra beliggenhet for de som liker nærhet til sjøen å ikke alt for turistpreget område. Kort vei til los abrigos med hyggelig å ikke for turist preget atmosfære. Vil ikke annbefale full pensjon. God frokst

Vincci hotel i Los Abrigos
Fint hotell, veldig fornøyd, eneste er litt harde senger og ikke noe oppvarmet basseng. Men det ligger litt dårlig til. Et lite "kjøpesenter" ved siden av, men 80% av butikkene er nedlagt. Perfekt hvis man bare skal være på hotellet og slappe av =)

We originally booked a standard room, but at check-in we asked for a seaview room with double bed. This was an upgraded room but well worth it. The room had two double beds and a bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle. Lovely friendly staff, fantastic room.

struttura che avrebbe bisogno di una manutenzione più attenta, ma la posizione e la vista compensano abbondantemente qualche mancanza. Letti comodi, camera spaziosa e silenziosa. Colazione con ottima scelta tra dolce e salato ma che non varia nei giorni. Facile parcheggio nei dintorni e buona base di partenza per spostarsi.

Double room was suite sized, and had a big balcony. The gym is a bit small, but there is good dining around the area and a supermarket if you just need a few things. Room was clean, my shower was in a tub so not the best showering expiernce, but overall good.

It should be 3 star rating, not 4 star as stated in their website . Hotel is fine but not worth for the money paid. Double rooms are too small for 2 adults and not same the same as per their picture . Breakfast is very basic and limited options . Same breakfast options every day . Staffs are good but not flexible, especially the manager . Can be better z not worth for money

The hotel is clean and tidy. Staff are amazing and really look out for the guests. The only criticism is the hotel needs a little updating, broken tiles, water damage to floors, doors and architraves. Bathrooms need updating.

Good overall experience - honest review
Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were lovely, very friendly and very, very helpful. Whilst the communal facilities were in a good condition (e.g. reception, bar and restaurant etc), the bedrooms themselves were tired and would benefit from a refurbishment. We were promised a bottle of cava on arrival as it was our twentieth anniversary - this never materialised.

Cet hôtel était proche de l aeroport. Je n y ai donc passé qu une nuit. La personne qui nous a reçus était accueillante et aidante. Manque de personnel cependant et l hôtel mérite une rénovation. La propreté sauve la situation… mais je m attendais à un niveau de prestations supérieur.

Great hotel
Hotel very clean in all areas. Staff always happy to help, exceptional customer service. Food could be hotter, but I would say that's normal for a buffet. Plenty of choice but could do with a bit more flavouring. We had a junior suite and it was huge, very pleased 😃 All round great hotel Will stay again and would recommend to friends and family 🙂

The hotel was in a great position. There is an excellent promenade in front of it. The staff were excellent. I do feel that the rooms could be better. The bathrooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. All the chrome on the taps and handrails has come off and the sinks belong in a skip. The rooms are clean but certainly not 4 star. It is a shame as the potential to be excellent is there but not fulfilled. I dont understand why maintenance such as painting the walls is not an ongoing operation. The breakfast was very good.
