Cruisestandard på maten på et all inclusive hotell
Ypperlig service i resepsjonen. Blide og hjelpsomme. Matsalen er stor, men fint utformet, slik at det ikke var noe særlig tallerken og bestikkstøy. Det var hvite, rene duker til alle måltider. Maten var førsteklasses og utrolig variert. Noe ble tillaget i restauranten hver dag. Her er det ikke bare gryteretter, men kjøtt som ble skåret opp i skiver, fisk i ulike variasjoner, frukt, grønt og gode kaker og desserter. Ved poolen kunne de som liker "junkfood" få litt forskjellig, fra dag til dag, men så også kyllingbiter en dag. Servitører, kokker og hovmester hadde alle uvanlig fine uniformer og var stolte, profesjonelle, blide og vakre, det virket som et godt arbeidsmiljø. Det var aktiviteter av alle slag, som gymnastikk, vanngymping, dart, boccia, bordtennis, bueskyting, bingo. Det var mannekengoppvisning 2 ganger ved poolen. Ulike salgsbord hver dag utfor spisesalen. Underholdning på kvelden. Supert! Vi koste oss veldig de 5 dagene vi var her. Mye for pengene.

Trivelig hotell
Stort, men hyggelig hotell. Mye gjester fra England. Fint utgangspunkt for de som heller vil dra på tur enn å ligge på stranden. Sentralt i forhold til fjellturer i Los Gigantes og Teide-området.

Mange bra restauranter i nærheten
Noe slitt leilighet. Rengjøring kunne vært bedre, spesielt på badet. En del støy på gaten utenfor om kvelden/ natten(trafikk, søppeltømming, partyfolk). Perfekt beliggenhet ift restauranter i området (ca 10 stk i umiddelbar nærhet). Bassenget var kanskje oppvarmet, men ikke mye og det var utrolig trangt rundt det. Fin resepsjon med meget hyggelig betjening.

Nice place but a little old not taken care of.
The hotel is ok, the rooms are ok too. The electric contacts on the wall did not work though except for the one for the tv, no big deal but a little annoying. overhead lights are energi saver of very low wattage that makes it unpleasant at first early in the morning and late in the evening, specially in the bathroom.The local workers are very very kind and helpful but the foreigners that work at the reception really don´t pay attention and don´t try to solve the problem if there is one but again the spanish ones are very nice and pleasant. The location of the hotel is great if you plann to have a quiet vacation and I recommend it. If you are not planning to spend all the time at the apart room it is an ok choice with an ok price too

Stille og rolig område og området har mest sol.
Hadde "all inclusive" og var meget fornøyd med dette. God mat og drikke. Relativt enkle rom, men helt greie. Hadde terasse uten sol, men det var greit. 3 bassenger hvorav ett oppvarmet. Også 2 mindre barnebasseng. Nok av solstoler. Dette var tredje gang vi har feriert på samme hotellet i løpet av 8 år, og det viser at vi er bra fornøyd. Det er nok av restauranter rett på utsiden, og kun 15 minutters gange inn til Los Gigantes. Mangler god sandstrand i umiddelbar nærhet, men fint havbasseng noen minutters gange fra hotellet.

Hotel Tamaimo Tropical i Los Gigantes, Tenerife
Hotellet var helt ok. Beliggenheten var perfekt og ligger midt immellom los Gigantes og pourto Santiago. Flott og koselig å spasere rundt om. Vet ikke om mat og drikke service på hotellet, men veldig mange og bra restauranter både nært og rundt omkring. Supermarked rett ved og da kjekt med leilighetshotell. Mange hadde all inklusiv og det er sikkert kjekt når man har barn, men kjedelig og være på hotellet hele tiden synes vi for området er lite og har stort sett restauranter og barer og da er det hyggelig å benytte seg av det om kvelden..

A very good 3 star hotel
All the staff were very friendly. A good choice of food in the restaurant. A good selection of food at the snack bar. Rooms were very clean, plenty of hot water. The entertainment was good, the animation team worked very hard. Their is a solarium on the roof terrace that is only for adults. They have just installed a jacuzzi. It doesn't say when It opens. I will definitely go back 😊

Clean hotel plenty of sunbeds BBC & itv in room
Second time at this hotel and would come again! 2 pools plenty of sunbeds at each,we sat at pool at back of property try get sunbeds nearer bar than pool table as if nearer pool table this gets shadier around 4pm.we had no problem getting subbeds where we wanted at 8.30am. both pools have bars serving free drink and vanilla strawberry chocolate ice cream if all inclusive. I very fussy plain eater and wife coeliac we had no problems with food. Always pasta chips chicken salad at dinner. Bacon scrambled eggs croissants breakfast. At one of pools there is outdoor grill where from 1pm til around 5/6pm can get hotdogs burgers chips chicken pork chops salad. There is lunch in main restaurant if prefer. Breakfast includes fresh pancakes. Chef does fried eggs and I noticed some days omelettes. If self catering Lidl 10min walk steep uphill there but at least downhill back. Water dispensers in restaurant and bar don't taste great initially but got used to it and 8litre water bottle only 1.55 Euro at hiper Dino supermarket which 2 min walk away on flat. Room basic but clean, in shower is shower gel in dispenser. Towels provided and maid service every day but Sunday . Top level has no balcony so if this important request this on booking. Room has BBC and itv tv channels . Nearby bars 2 minutes walk away showing English premier league football games. If get taxi from airport to hotel this takes 35minutes and 50 Euro each way .

We looked for a budget hotel as we spent most of the holiday out and about. Showers were V small and hard to get space near the pool. Clean rooms , bed ect and aircon. You get what you pay for. Self board!

En cuanto al precio, la verdad es que es económico. Ahora bien, pedimos un estudio, el cual no nos dieron, desde que hice la reserva había puesto que fuera en planta alta, nos tocó en la primera planta, así que no entiendo para que tienen el apartado de preferencias a la hora de hacer la reserva. Luego la limpieza en la habitación, no es nada buena, sábanas sucias al llegar, espejos, suelo etc. El hotel estaba abarrotado, a las nueve y media de la mañana, ya no tenías sitio para ponerte en la piscina, colas para entrar al restaurante, esto es algo que deberían de tener más controlado y no permitir que hayan tantos ocupantes. Uno de los días estaba en el baño con la puerta abierta y la señora de la limpieza me abrió la puerta sin tocar ni nada, un poquito de intimidad por favor, que para algo estamos pagando. Y en cuanto a la comida, pues no es mucha variedad pero siempre encuentras algo y la verdad es que está buena, sobre todo los desayunos.

Disappointing hotel
After spending over £2000 for a 9 night stay at this hotel I was expecting a lot more. The room facilities were very basic and dated. Some days we did not have water and no soap to wash with. The food was very poor most days and the choice of drinks very disappointing. The hotel dining room was not big enough for the amount of guests. There were cockroaches in the dining room and we even found 1 in our our room. We were not provided with any information when we checked in and was put in a room with no air-condition and was only moved 3 days later after we completed. We were then provided with a room near the road were the water tanker came to deliver water every morning and it was so noisy. Coaches were in and out most of the time. The beds were not comfortable and not long enough. Most of the facilities were out of order or too overcrowded. The accessibility for push chairs was very awkward as you still needed to go up stairs. There were not enough lifts for the size of the hotel size ad also very dated and slow.

Mala limpieza,no atención en español en recepción por que no había nadie en recepción que entendiera Español. Cinco días esperando que me arreglarán el difusor de gel y al final después de reclamar me dieron una botella de gel, increible,Las comidas repetitivas y tanto pastas con arroces súper pasados y justo alas 9 te estan apagando las vitrinas de las comidas y quitándote las bandejas,pues no entiendo si el comedor tiene un horario de 18:30 a 21:00si yo entro a las 20:45 no me da tiempo a nada,y me siento que me tiran y las comidas te ponen un ejemplo pollo en una bandeja y cuando se termina,no ponen otra de lo mismo no alomejor te ponen u a coliflor y los postres igual,muy mal No se lo recomiendo a nadie sobre todo si es Español,esta enfocado slos extranjero.

Nous avons eu une chambre pour 4 personnes 2 adultes et 2 enfants Lit pour un des enfants lattes cassees et même manquantes,baie vitre ne fermant pas d'un côté donc ouverte, bonjour la sécurité. Chasse d'eau casse l'eau coulait constamment, robinet pour la douche casse pas possible de se doucher, cela nous a mené à nous poser comment à été nettoyé la salle de bain si là doucette ne fonctionnait pas. Après signalement tout le nécessaire à été fait par l hotel mais comment peut on remettre une chambre sans vérifier au par avant sont état. État des plages de piscines, salle par le comportement de certains touriste et l'hotel ne fait rien c'est ce que nous avons constate pendant notre sejour Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et pour nous ne mérite pas les 3 etoiles

Everything we needed and good value for money
We took advantage of a great two week all inclusive deal and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were big and clean, the facilities good and most of the staff friendly. Yes, it's not a 5* hotel, and can be noisy, but it was great value for what we paid. The food and drink was varied and good quality and we had a very comfortable stay.

Great family hotel complex
We stayed the week before Christmas, the complex has a lovely atmosphere, the staff were great and very helpful, it was nice that there were 2 pool options, 1 busy with games and music and the other quiet and relaxing. The hotel was very clean and staff were out early in the mornings cleaning the pool areas. We stayed all inclusive and the was a wide variety of food available, on a Buffett style basis, as well as a BBQ at the pool.

ATTENTION !!! des animations tard dans la nuit donc si le bruit vous dérange ne pas aller dans cet hôtel. C'est un grand complexe : beaucoup d'animations possibles, restaurants, etc... convient si on aime l'ambiance "club". Deux bémols : la chambre n'est pas faite tous les jours et nous n'avions plus de linge de toilettes les 2 derniers jours. Nous avons dû en demander à la réception. Plus grave si vous avez des enfants en bas âge, il n'y avait pas de cache sur les prises électriques !!

Hotel very clean but some rooms were not easy to find and we were given a map to find our way up stairs with no lift access with luggage. Also WiFi available for 30mins. Kettle in room but had to provide our own refreshments although all inclusive. Had to have own bottle to top up on water from the restaurant. 10 euro deposit for remote to use TV in room.

A honest review
Nice hotel but a bit dated, apartments spacious and clean, although ours (429) was quiet smelly with a drain problem, staff were very prompt in trying to resolve it, but unfortunately for us the smell returned. (So be warned). Food can be cold at times in the restaurant but they do provide a microwave to reheat it up. Staff hardworking, although some bar staff should attend to queues instead of talking among theirselves. Overhaul this a nice hotel, good value for money, but could still be improved in areas. The resort it self is very pleasant, quite hilly with a couple of good bars and restaurants . Los gigantes is right next door within easy reach by walking.

En tout inclus couple avec un adolescent et un bébé de 2 ans,très déçus du buffet globalement surtout concernant les dessert, aucun yaourt pour les enfants ou petits suisses, ou compotes!toujours les mêmes dessert, gelés fluorescentes destinées aux anglais, hollandais etc.... Du flan pas bon du tout et des espèces de bûches de noël immondes !!👎 Et les pic bics du midi c est vraiment trop nuls!!! Pas de laitage encore une fois, beaucoup de fruit et tout petit bout de pain( mou) 😟😡

Podria mejorar.
Hemos estado en un apartamento que daba a la piscina en solo alojamiento. Por el dia la zona muy tranquila pero por la noche se hace el show y todos los dias al final cansa tanta musica. El apartamento podria estar mejor, los cantos de las puertas estaban comidos, enchufes escasos, las balsosas sueltas, la puerta de la habitacion no cerraba, la puerta del apartamento no se puede cerrar por dentro. En cuanto a la limpieza, asi asi, pase los diez dias con el espejo del baño sucio. Eso si, el personal es muy amable y agradable. Cuando llegamos teniamos la cisterna del baño fastidiada y enseguida nos atendieron y nos ofrecieron cambiar de apartamento, por la mañana vino el de mantenimiento a cambiarla. Las personas que llevan la animacion, muy bien pero para mi gusto gritan demasiado, se pasan toda el dia pegando boces.

Es un hotel tipo Resort con todas las comodidades (la piscina es fabulosa) y donde los clientes son en su inmensa mayoría extranjeros. El personal es agradable y el entorno de acantilados es muy bonito.Tiene un supermercado cerca. Sin embargo el mayor inconveniente ha sido el ruido que desde las 7 u 8 de la mañana te impedía descansar y por la tarde ponían la música a todo volumen durante las actividades lúdicas. Otro inconveniente ha sido el agua que se cortaba en varias ocasiones y por lo general la presión de la ducha era muy floja. La playa más cercana es playa chica (una playa que como su nombre indica es muy pequeña y tranquila) la playa de la arena se encuentra a unos 15-20 min andando. Recomendamos la cafetería llamada Macaronesia muy cerca del hotel donde degustar tartas exquisitas.

Pretty good if you like that sort of thing
Generally very pleasant stay. Apartment is clean and well presented. Kitchen is easy to use and lots of seating options (breakfast bar, comfy sofa, balcony). Cutlery pots and pans supplied (please note no sharp knifes supplied). Reception and other staff variable, some very helpful however none particularly welcoming or friendly. We did not use the restaurants so can not comment on food. Main point of review is to comment on the pool, fairly large pool which is based in the centre of the complex. Pool kept very clean. We only went to the pool once as it was soooo noisy, pounding music which will also be loud in your room. 'Entertainment' on loud speaker every hour or so, lots of shouting and singing. If you're looking for canarian culture do not go to this hotel, lots of english and german tourists who sit poolside all day smoking and drinking.

En general ha sido buena, trato agradable desde el primera día. Personal atento y eficiente. La unica pega importante que veo yo, fuera aparte de la comida... es que los Domingos no hacen la habitación, el primer hotel al que voy y me dejan sin limpiar y hacer la habitación un Domingo...

Exactly what you expect from a 3*
Hotel had everything you would expect. Very happy with our stay as a whole. Food at the Italian restaurant was exceptional and I was surprised to find out it was included in the all inclusive package. Also the entertainment staff went above and beyond.

La verdad que para el precio que tiene esta bien.
Siempre he ido a hoteles de cuatro estrellas y este año he tenido que bajar el presupuesto, y encontre este de tres estrellas. Evidentemente no puedo comparar este hotel con los de cuatro estrellas, pero tengo que decir que para el precio que tiene, el hotel esta muy bien, tiene algunas cosas que se podrian mejorar, como que tuvieran toallas para la pisicina, que te pusieran gel y champu cada dia en la habitacion y no tener que estar pidiendolo en la recepcion, y que el personal de la recepcion fuera amable, porque habia uno demasiado listo, por llamarlo de alguna manera. Pero aun asi, si mi presupuesto volviera a ser justo, volveria a repetir.

Good hotel in excellent location
Have come back to this Hotel every time I visit Tenerife it is in an excellent location if you enjoy dramatic views. The hotel has great facilities, only downside bathroom and light switches need replacing as both are dated. Great beaches and shops within walking distance. Not recommended for people with walking difficulties due to steep hills. Also very difficult to find a parking space if you hire a car.
