Good vibes
The overall impression is that this is a fantastic hotel with all facilities. The breakfast is particularly good, where you get everything you can think of. Unfortunately, there was live music that kept a high sound level until 11pm, which drags the overall impression down as it is not possible to sleep earlier than 11pm. And there was noise from other guests also after 11pm.

The tropical garden
This hotel is amazing! Very beautiful pool area and a nice bar with a great view to the ocean. And the cocktails were very nice, but the service at the bar was really bad.. Also has 4 restaurants inside the hotel if im not mistaken.. which we loved! We only tried the italian restaurant and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend this place! It aslo has a spa. The spa was not very big, but very nice and relaxing:) we loved our stay at Hardín Tropical and are for sure coming back!

Behagelig, luksuriøst opphold
Flott og velholdt hotel med god service. Frokost buffe med ulike områder tilbød alt en kunne ønske seg og var utmerket kvalitet - bortsett fra lunken te. Men tekannene ble byttet med en smil. Treningsrom ute med utsikt over havet var godt utstyrt. Tre gode restauranter - dyrere enn i byen men betydelig bedre kvalitet også. Hadde en overraskende gourmet måltid på Las Rocas - anbefales! Drosje fra/til TFS til ca 30 euro.

Flott hotell med god service og god mat!
Flott og moderne hotell rett ved sjøen. Et stort område med alt man trenger av fasiliteter. Flere restauranter, barer, juicebar, isbar, spa, treningsområde etc. Hotellet var behjelpelig med det man skulle trenge, og maten var veldig bra (spesielt frokosten). Vi hadde ikke store forventninger til nærområdet, da vi ønsker en ferie med avslapning og ikke aktiviteter. Det er ikke langt å kjøre dersom man vil besøke Teide nasjonalpark. Det eneste som var litt negativt var den ene restauranten (Las Rocas), hvor servicen ikke var optimal.

Fin beliggenhet og fine bassengområder
Vi hadde en fin uke. Rommene hadde utsikt mot fjellene, og vi våknet til soloppgangen. Bra beliggenhet, - fint å gå langs strandpromenaden begge veier. Flotte bassengområder. Dyre drinker og øl. God frokost, men litt mye gåing for å hente mat i et stort frokostområde. Hotellet anbefales!

The property is very well appointed and everything is kept very clean and in good condition. The downside is that the room we had very noisy plumbing running through it and the noise from the room above was intrusive.

Stilfuldt og lækkert
Super lækkert hotel liggende lige på strand promenaden. Der er intet overladt til tilfældighederne, og der er styr på alt. Mega lækkert poolområde. Vi er en lille familie på 3, søn på 12 år. Vi har været på Jardin to gange nu, og er det eneste hotel vi har genbesøgt på syd kysten, selvom vi har været på Tenerife 9 gange, og været flere forskellige steder og lokationer.

The room it was nothing like the one we had the previous year. We had to pay an upgrade of £180 to move in a better room. Others problems related to the internal restaurants, made our staying not as pleasant as the previous year.

We were blown away by our first trip to Tenerife and just got lucky I guess to stay here. Couldn’t have been happier. Next time may even go half board as the food at the hotel was as good or better than the individual restaurants.

Dear Kristian,Thank you for taking your time in expressing your detailed feedback about your recent stay at Dreams Jardín Tropical. We are sorry you did not have the excellent experience our guests always have when they decide to come stay at our Resort.Please understand that we are going to answer to both opinions (yours and of your partner's) with the same text, since you are talking of the same exact situation on two different opinions published on the same time.After your report of ants in the room, which we apologized profusely when it happened, we changed your room to another area of the Resort as soon as a clean room was available, which was two days after your report. Of course, your room had been cleaned once again and the ants you mentioned did not come back again during those two days, but you asked to change anyway because of the music in our Lava Bar for the evening entertainment.After the room change, you came to the Front desk to report of food poisoning of one of your group, after having dinner at one of our a la carte restaurants. We would like to stress an important claim: we advised you to seek medical attention in order to confirm this claim, no matter which doctor was, and told you to come back after the doctor visit to confirm or deny the food poisoning. You never came back telling us if it was in fact a food poisoning or not, which means that this accusation is not supported by any other documentation.We told you that this has been the only food poisoning claim of the evening, in order to let you understand that, if it was true, other people would have had the same situation as you. We are sorry you have been surprised by this statement, but please understand that we wanted to let you know of it the clearest possible way.We did not challenge any medical diagnosis because there has never been one showed to us.After all the explained above, we are sorry you did not enjoy our Resort and that you claim to have been sick after dinner: luckily this has not happened to anyone else in the Hotel.We would be delighted to welcome you here again soon, should you change your mind.Sunny Regards from Costa Adeje,Quality Manager
