«Excellent beds and pillows! Nice, sizeable room with a great bathroom. Vast breakfast selection. They had gluten free bread on request, but it was very dry so be sure to ask for it to be toasted. »

«There is no better hotel in Jakarta than Shangri-La! The service and quality is unrivalled.»

«Helt ok frokost.»

«In general, hotels in Indonesia offer excellent service compared to many other countries. The staff and housekeeping here were extremely kind and attentive. They even did a deep cleaning upon our request due to our carpet and dust allergies, and also provided an air purifier for us at no extra charge, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was average, but overall the stay was definitely worth the price.»

«Very nice hotel, great pool area, great service and very nice room. Highly recommendable »

«Fantastic hotel, nice helpful staff, top house keeping, everything clean, good location, close to senter, metro station 8 min away. Thank you for oppgradering me to a big room on top floor. Good value for money.»

«Good hotel but the pool part is not very private and usable as it is just behind the reception. The staff are friendly»

«1 Deluxe Zimmer mit 1 Queen Bed war gebucht. Zimmer in oberstem Stockwerk = 20. Etage.

Alt i alt hyggelig opphold»

«Three bedroom apartment was really good value for money. Only criticism is the shower heads should be replaced, they were a bit old and dirty»

«A nice hotel. Good quality, clean and service is nice. The only thing negative is that it could get a bit noisy at times. Rooftop bar plays music which can be heard at night. It's not THAT bad, but the bass goes through the concrete (6th floor, bar is at 7th). We still slept through it. Also make sure you hang up the "do not disturb" sign if you do not have laundry in the morning, or just don't want to be bothered in the morning. Overall I recommend this hotel.»
