Property was a 5 star. It felt authentic in that it was off of the road where there were tourist. it did not feel like a tourist environment. the grounds were beautiful, the staff were amazing and accomodating. I loved my room, but i was not happy of the location. it was down stairs which really made my knees hurt. i am a senior and that was too much on my knees. to accomodate the manager Eva provided me with a complimentary massage. The young man that picked me up from the airport upon my arrival until my departure was stellar his name is Wayan Siatusa. メインプールとジャグジーが本当に最高でした!夕方以降は少し混んでる様子でしたが午前中〜お昼の時間帯は貸切状態になるタイミングもありました。 お部屋は広々としていてゆったり過ごせましたがベッドがかなりコンパクトです。成人男性だと寝返りうてないくらい(笑) 気になった点はシャワーを浴びると隣のトイレまで水が入ってしまい、トイレの床が水浸しになってしまったことです。バスマットでは間に合わないくらいに濡れてしまってシャワー後とにかく困りました...

Let me first start by saying I am hard pressed about giving this place a good review because I really wanted, however I have to give it an honest rating as do all the places I visit. I just want others to be made aware. The property looks great on photos and paper; however, the pools were dirty, the room smelled of mold and musk, there was loud Indian music in our hallway until 11pm, TV options were limited, shower and tap water smelled of raw sewage, the toilet was open glass top to bottom so no privacy from anyone in the room and there was a light on outside the bathroom window which was on all night and could not be shut off from out suite and lit up the room all night as there were no bathroom doors. We paid 2 nights, non-refundable room and left after one and went to another location. The place is clearly outdated and will most likely fizzle out unfortunately. It does have a lot of potential but will need some love and attention. Before Covid or 2020 this place was happening by the sounds of it but since after its shifted. The staff were amazing and accommodating and if it was not for their kindness and hospitality we would have left as soon as we arrived. I hate being that guy to give poor reviews however ... no surprises coming from my review.

A little getaway
Great experience- especially the complimentary yoga with Putu made my day start right! I had some issues with cleaning and something wrong with the ac, however the team were happy to quickly respond and resolve it. Nothing major and everything else like food, comfort and amenities was perfect. Overall super delightful stay and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Excellent stay! This is the most lovely resort I've ever been. Room is really spacious and bright. But more than that, All of the staffs were super friendly and helpful. Love this place. 추천! 가성비 좋은 숙소, 서비스, 시설이였어요
너무 좋았던 숙소! 도착하니 웰컴 마사지가 있어서 짧게 받았는데 좋아서 스파 예약해서 따로 마사지 받았는데 야외 스파 공간에서 자연 소리 들으며 마사지 받았는데 너무 좋았습니다. 발리에서 여러번 받아보았는데 여기가 가장 좋았어요! 방도 넓고 깨끗하고 화장실이 정말 넓고 bath 는 큰 창이 있어 사용하지는 않았지만 로맨틱 해보였습니다. 침대는 정말 푹신하구요...! 다음 날 아침에는 요가를 했는데 호텔 전망이 다 보이는 높은 곳에서 아웃도어 공간이라 너무 좋았어요. 요가 선생님 kutu? 도 잘 가르켜주시고 마지막에는 인증샷도 찍을 수 있는 시간도 따로 있었습니다. 밖에 나가기 어려워 저녁 식사도 했는데 맛있었어요. 추천해요!

고독한 숲속의 낙원
새호 개장한 리조트여서 조용하고 깨끗하나, 방에 따라 층간 소음이 좀 있고, 수영장이 깨끗하지 않음. 아직 시스템적으로 안착하지 못해 스태프간의 커뮤니케이션 에러가 조금 있음. 알렉사 스피커가 있고, 멀티미디어 시스템도 좋은 편. 요가 클래스는 좋음. 삭사는 깨끗하고 준수한 편이나, 시내에서 멀기때문에 여기서만 모든 식사를 해결해야함.

Lonely Forest Paradise It is a new lake resort, quiet and clean, but there are some floor noises depending on the room, and the pool is not clean. There is a little communication error between the staffs because they have not yet settled systematically. It has Alexa speakers and a good multimedia system. Yoga class is good. Saksa is clean and observable, but because it is far from the city, all meals must be set up here. It was great pleasure to have you staying with us recently and We have made note of your feedback which is truly valuable and have shared this with our team in order to further improve our services offered. Lovely newly built hotel, great views and staff. Needs some improvement in delivering the evening entertainment, but I'm sure they will learn with time. Some food was great, some so so. Chefs better making Indonesian dishes and lovely pasta rather than western dishes. A bit secluded so more suitable for those looking to stay in the hotel or rent a scooter

We enjoy the scenery and spacious room. We did not like having to ask everymorning for refills of coffee and condiments in the room. Also we had to choose our breakfast the night before.
