«The host was unresponsive as soon as we got into the apartment. The WiFi didn’t work and that made the TV not work. So we had no TV or WiFi for 6 days because the host would not answer. The house was cleaned but not deep cleaned. The couch, curtains and walls were all dirty. And there were a lot bugs in the apartment. The listing was incorrect also. No hot tub, no iron, no hair dryer and no oven. The host needs to work on this place if she wants it to rentable. Luckily Vrbo compensated us for ...

"The apartment was great, modern, quiet, comfortable bed and well equipped. We stayed 5 nights. We had to ask for the floor to be cleaned:: building work downstairs had created much dust. There was an unpleasant smell of grey waste water in the bathroom. After some experimentation, we discovered that by pouring water down the drain under the sink, the water lock seemed to do its job. We also had to ask for more toilet paper and for the garbage to be cleared. It would have been nice to have one change of towels during the 56 day stay. . Very nice staff. "
