«The service was impeccable! Marcos went above & beyond to make our stay not only enjoyable, but that he made us feel like family (checking on our desires & anticipating our every need). He assisted with moving our bags into our room when we arrived & left. All of the staff was extremely responsive & we were happy to show off the beautiful facilities to our tour mates that we met in the Medina. We would highly recommend & would definitely stay again on our next trip 💜»

«Riad Fes Ziyat is a great place to stay for a visit to Fez. It’s located within the old city and is walking distance to all the places one would go for sightseeing. It’s quite close to one of the city gates so can drop off is easy. The staff is amazing and are very friendly and helpful. The place itself has very cool decor and everything is in great condition. The food is very good, as well. I would highly recommend this place for a trip to Fez.»

«Le Grand Alcazar is a hotel with soul and by soul, I mean people working there and architecture. It is difficult to find the right words to describe how friendly and helpful everyone was. It was beyond our expectations. We were family with small children, and we had a great time there. I recommend a lunch in the room with pool. Sit down, relax and enjoy wonderful food, freshly made orange juice and hotel`s architecture. Best wishes to the staff and specially to the manager. We both are fans ...
