«The service was impeccable! Marcos went above & beyond to make our stay not only enjoyable, but that he made us feel like family (checking on our desires & anticipating our every need). He assisted with moving our bags into our room when we arrived & left. All of the staff was extremely responsive & we were happy to show off the beautiful facilities to our tour mates that we met in the Medina.
We would highly recommend & would definitely stay again on our next trip 💜»

«This hotel is a charming place to stay when exploring the historic Fes Medina and its surrounding areas. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious, featuring a variety of local and international options. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. «If you’re looking for easy access to the old city this is a convenient location. We were able to walk every where. There’s so much to do and see at all times. The location was very safe, clean, spacious and comfortable.
Character is endless in the beautifully restored and maintained riad. It felt like visiting a castle. The rooms are not conventional or modern but that’s what give them their charm.
