«The property was okay. It could use some TLC. In the bathroom, the towel holders and toilet paper holders are not attached very well to the wall. The baseboards are very dusty. The cabinets are dated throughout the entire house. The doors have stains on them, and any extra linen is thrown up on the shelving in the closet. The picture of the living room furniture is not accurate. The sofas in the living room are extremely uncomfortable and stained. The bedroom only had 1 nightstand, and a ...

«The house is lovely, exceptionally clean, comfortable and a great location. It was perfect for our time in Eustis at the Lake County Fair Beef Breeding and Steer Shows. Unfortunately we didnt get a chance to enjoy the pool due to early mornings and late nights at the fair. Communication with the host was exceptional. Would highly recommend this property!»

«Our host was very responsive to questions. It was unseasonably cold (for Florida!! or anywhere) and Eli so kindly had the house all warmed up and cozy when we checked in. We were very comfortable and happy in this lovingly decorated and well appointed home within walking distance to the art festival and all of the quaint shops near Donnelly park.
