«I recently stayed at the Fairmont and it completely lived up to it's reputation. The Senayan area is perfectly located for shopping and dining. I played golf at the course near by and it was a short walk to the course. Great hotel I will be back for sure. »

«A nice hotel. Good quality, clean and service is nice. The only thing negative is that it could get a bit noisy at times. Rooftop bar plays music which can be heard at night. It's not THAT bad, but the bass goes through the concrete (6th floor, bar is at 7th). We still slept through it. Also make sure you hang up the "do not disturb" sign if you do not have laundry in the morning, or just don't want to be bothered in the morning. Overall I recommend this hotel.»

«Im travelling around asia and I cannot tell you how handy it was having a free self service laundry option with all the cleaning detergent provided along with a dryer. The staff were so lovely, my sister has mobility issues and on the days where i would go out she would need to order food to the hotel and they were so kind and helpful. The restaurant looked beautiful and pool looks stunning, I wish i was there longer. »

«Hatt et fint opphold på Novotel. Bodde på rom nr. 601. En fin og stor suite. Servicen var utmerket. Jeg ringte resepsjon for å fortelle at det var kakerlake på gulvet på soverommet. De kom og undersøkte. De anslo at det kom fra døråpning på taket. De tettet alt og fikset feilen med en gang. Fikk bra service på baren nede ved lobby. Fikk gratis is for 9 personer etter at vi har spist lunsj. »
