«Beautiful accomodation. Very clean and spacious. It was so peaceful and we loved listening to the bird sounds. Unfortunately we had limited time so didn’t get to enjoy the short walk to the beach. Hopefully we will be back soon. »

«Lovely rooms and outlook. Kitchen facilities wonderful and enjoyable to use with nice outlook out the window. Bathroom large and roomy and well appointed. Two bedrooms to choose from in the Te Awa and beds and linen comfy with large wardrobe space plus drawers and mirrors to use. Friendly dogs that check on you daily and easy access to main highways and surrounding area of the Taranaki. Gayle was wonderful to deal with when questions arose. Walk to the river is a must! »

«We loved our 4 days in Hurford. The place was small but comfortable and set in the most amazing beautiful garden! It was a good base to explore the area, great hiking in the Kataki range, lovely beach at Oakura. Only 20 mins from the Bowl of Brooklands where went to a concert. Highly recommend »

«House was awesome, Host was communicative, view was amazing with the lake, boxing gym had pretty much all you'd need living room was big as well. Only thing i would say is remember to close windows due to the amount of mosquitoes there is at night because of the lake but spiders we're doing their part well in controlling them. Close to town so everything is in walking distance. Would definitely book again.»
